Jorge is hands down the best Verizon associate! He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout our visit. He helped us seamlessly update our family plan, set up our new phone, and took care of every single detail. Kudos to Jorge for the outstanding and going above and beyond service!
Store general manager Thomas rude and unhelpful. I was told by customer service I can return my equipment at Reston location and when asked is rude and dismissive, and won’t bother listening to a customer who is trying to find a solution . Horrible experience.
Long wait even though 2 rep are available and just walking around aimlessly.
They scammed me by taking my old phone for a trade-in but didn't give me any discounts. When I contacted them they couldn't help me I am preparing a lawsuit.
