⚠️ VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE ⚠️ I don’t normally post rants like this, but I have never experienced such utter incompetence and lack of respect from a company in my entire life. Horrible customer service at this location. The woman doing intake at 10AM on June 8 decided to prioritize appointment customers who showed up an hour before their appointment time over people already waiting in the queue to see a representative. Incredibly rude staff. I am not buying another phone from Verizon due to this.

I understand why this location has a low rating. The Sr Manager Thomas Yeo is extremely coy and has a disgusting attitude. His customers service skills are non existent. I had to leave the store and sit on the phone with customer service for over an hour to get a resolution to an issue that has been well documented on a newly purchased phone. It was almost as if my issue was beneath him and he blatantly did not care to do his job. As a long standing Verizon customer I will be leaving and going to AT&T.
