They gave me the run around for weeks sending me to different stores! Also probably 48 hours of phone time in the weeks of phone communication! They lied on the phone and told me to wait for mail people to show up with return boxes! Shout out to Thomas (manager) and Selena for providing excellent customer service on multiple occasions ! They are very helpful in explaining plans and options for getting the best possible credit for old phones. The store is clean, bright and easy to get to. Highly recommend !
The guy who speaks Spanish is terrible at customer service. I prefer to look for another store.
The level of rudeness and incompetence was over the top to the point that I will be taking legal action and moving my company away from Verizon. After being on the customer service line for over 2 1/2 hours we drove to the Verizon Corporate store to be told an hour and a half before we would be seen, my wife asked if she would be able to get a new phone, and the representative stated, "I'll answer that in an hour and a half.
