The store is severely understaffed and you will be waiting over an hour typically. Update, it’s been two hours now and I still haven’t been able to buy a phone. They have a lobby full of people and only one employee on the floor. Whomever owns and operates this business is the direct reason as to why it’s such a poorly run location.

Verizon website said to go here to turn in some equipment, no one acknowledged me or said we'll be right with you, waited 20 minutes for them to finally tell me to go somewhere else. Awesome experience start to finish. Update: went to Fair Oaks mall location where I was told to go, they tell me need to go back to this location because because the fair oaks location does not accept 4G extenders only the corporate locations do. Again, just an amazing customer experience.

Hezzy He is the best he has helped me in every device that I have and I will give him 100+ of customer service. He’s amazing and he has so much patience and just the best. That’s the reason I keep Verizon because of him.

Went in to add internet and tv and ended up with a new iPhone! Needed since iPhone batteries seem to last 3 years max 🙃 Megan helped us and the entire process was efficient and transparent. We ran into snags with the process of transferring old phone to new but Megan saved the day with her patience and willingness to make sure it was all set up and working before I left. The whole crew was helpful and friendly. Also saw them (and their manager) navigate a rude and difficult customer with grace and professionalism. Kudos!
