Shout out to Thomas (manager) and Selena for providing excellent customer service on multiple occasions ! They are very helpful in explaining plans and options for getting the best possible credit for old phones. The store is clean, bright and easy to get to. Highly recommend !
The guy who speaks Spanish is terrible at customer service. I prefer to look for another store.
The level of rudeness and incompetence was over the top to the point that I will be taking legal action and moving my company away from Verizon. After being on the customer service line for over 2 1/2 hours we drove to the Verizon Corporate store to be told an hour and a half before we would be seen, my wife asked if she would be able to get a new phone, and the representative stated, "I'll answer that in an hour and a half. So incompetent. I got faster answers asking my broken phone! Was in twice and corporate needs to address the incompetence. Stop acting like a used car lot.
