Went to this location to see about getting a new case and screen protector for my phone. I went in just as they were opening and one of the reps walked up working on his tablet, didn't even look up at me, say welcome in, good morning or any type of greeting other than "what can I do for you". When I replied that I was needing a new case for my phone and seeming somewhat annoyed with me he just said "that's an old phone, we don't have anything that would work, I suggest you go to Amazon to find something ". Terrible experience. The employees are unhelpful and rude. I walked in to get help with billing and was told “you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place” because she doesn’t have access to help with billing but when Ive gotten help on the phone and had problems with misinformation.. she said, “they outsource and they don’t know anything”. Went to two different store and got completely different information on updating phone/plan. Been with them 27 years and very disappointed with their people and processes. New ceo stated Verizon is high on customer service and talking to a person. Talk is cheap- doing it is the proof. Need consistent information
