Placed a pick up order which included a new line. Picked up the order which wasn’t ready just sitting in a queue for over two days. Was assured the line was ready I just had to turn on and go through the steps of setting up a new device. Well…my order was never marked “picked up,” so I spent almost 2 hours on a chat activating my device. Experience at the store was just blah. Dudes just leaning over tables chatting and making jokes.
Thank God for the manager working there who was extremely helpful… otherwise this would be a 1 star. Worked with a women there yesterday who was extremely unhelpful and an unenthusiastic, helpless man today. PLEASE get a different job if you don’t like working with customers!
Traded in 2 phones today, 1 being for a promotional credit of $830 in return for the Iphone 16. This promo was advertised to my account, said everything was good to go when I placed the order, and in store they said everything was great and I'd receive an email confirming my trade in shortly. Received the email saying this phone was ineligible for the trade in, I would be getting $0 credit for it and owe for the full price of the Iphone 16. The guy I talked to was very dismissive and rude! telling me how to fix the problem doesn’t work for me unlike other Verizon’s they actually walk you through it to make sure it gets up and running. 3 of them were standing at the door wasn’t like they were busy to actually help. Work ethos is not there anymore
