Brad did a great job of getting my wifes phone sorted out.
Absolutely amazing customer service! I regret not getting the names of the employees but two young lads (on with light curly hair and one with short black hair) helped me with a transfer from AT&T and they took time and tried multiple ways to help and also provided resources to help me further. I truly appreciate it , you should give those guys a raise they are awesome!
We came in to swap to another phone and Tanner was very helpful! Great customer service and positive! Will definitely be back to this Verizon because of that!
Don't ever trust this place with your phone! I just came in for a routine phone upgrade. They were supposed to activate my phone and transfer my data to my new phone... instead, the worker (who couldnt even speak english) manaaged to delete all of my settings and info off of my old phone!!! I literally lost everything off of my phone, thanks to this incompetent jerk! And you know what makes it worse??? He tried to blame it on me! All because he couldnt take responsibility for his actions! And when I asked the manager to help... read more
