Walked in looking for a phone. Employees were very pre occupied. Since I had a commercial account all they knew how to do is tell me, “you’ll have to call in. They’ve changed things again and I don’t know what to tell you.” They were busy standing around on their phones and talking about “Minecraft”. They told two customers while I was in the store to go to Best Buy. They have screen covers that will fit your phone. I wouldn’t waste your time here!
Helpful? Nope. Miserable feeling when you walk in? Yep. Do I make the mistake to come to this store first and regret it? Yep. I can go to any other store and get better help and actual answers. Go anywhere else
They didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Zombies. The gentleman was not helpful at all and did go in the back to try and resolve my issue but seemed more like a smoke break as it took long enough and only to come back and tell me there was nothing they could do. He did give me a " demo" phone to use to call my old carrier to try and access my transfer code. However, he forgot to mention I only got 5 min to use the demo phone before it was going to just hang up!! There's nothing more frustrating to think you're getting ... read more
