Waiting, waiting and waiting. I've put in 2 visits and still no new phone. I bit too popular of a location. I'm hoping for a representative who can fulfill my needs... Check other locations.
Unfortunately it seems Verizon is further declining in both product and customer service. When we visited the store to discuss our bill, we were told that our bill would be around $170 a month and it has not been close to that since. I was given a free "upgrade" from an iPhone 7 to a iPhone 16e, and the 16e is a terrible phone. It just drops out of service at random times, and it takes longer to do some things than it did with my 7. Worst of the worst
I was highly impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy demonstrated by Viitalia and the store manager, Mirela. Our transition from T-Mobile to Verizon was seamless and handled with great efficiency. The level of service we received was exceptional. I would highly recommend Verizon, particularly the Norridge store, for anyone considering making a switch
