I don't understand the bad reviews for this place. I came in to upgrade my phone and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dennis. Dennis was very informative and insightful. He was patient while I decided what phone to upgrade to. He also informed me on the customizability of my Verizon plan. Thank you Dennis!
I’ve been there three times and I never walk out satisfied. They always lie about the plans and new phones with regard to upgrades and why you’re not offered certain perks. Today my wife went in to trade in her old phone and she just needed it cleared and turned in. They REFUSED to do it and told her she had to go back to the store where she got her other phone stating hers was a corporate store and she couldn’t do it.
