This was my third negative experience with the customer service at this location, and unfortunately it seems to be a recurring issue. I came in with two questions and instead of helping me in the store, I was told to call customer service. Like why am I even in the store then? I then spent around 40 minutes on the phone with customer service to resolve something I had originally come into the store to ask about. I went there 4 times in total, starting july 19 to buy an ipad specifically the silver one and i told them multiple times i wanted the silver and they gave me a black one. I went back 2 more times trying to change it to the silver, even called them couple of times and they told me they didnt have the silver color and the last time i went they finally changed the color to silver but with a $50 dollar charge and this took almost a whole month to resolve. If you value your time and nerves dont visit this location.

Adding another one star review of many! Save your time and do not go to the Norridge Verizon: go to a different Verizon where they actually care about you. My mother already put a review but I’m putting another one because I would genuinely give zero stars if I could. The brown haired lady “helping” my mother upgrade mine and my brother’s phone plan was extremely rude.
