Adding another one star review of many! Save your time and do not go to the Norridge Verizon: go to a different Verizon where they actually care about you. My mother already put a review but I’m putting another one because I would genuinely give zero stars if I could. We made an appointment to upgrade my kids phones at the Norridge Verizon and the customer service was poor and unwelcoming. There was very little explanation about upgrading our plan and when I asked about the loyalty program waiving the upgrade fee we were told that only applies to the “new new new” plan. It was all confusing and every time I asked a question the employee was short with me in response. employees don't know anything about helping. they clearly don't care. I needed help starting a claim for my phone and they didn't seem to know what I was talking about at first then when I needed to call the customer number from one of their landlines instead of helping me and speaking on my behalf they just left me to my own devices. then the people on the other end of the phone didn't know what to do. they're not smart. they don't know what to do. Verizon is awful and so are the people working there
