My experience at this store started off fine. I upgraded my phone and did the trade-in promotion. The following weekend, I came back to turn in my old iPhone. Hi 3 years with 7 lines with theme I go to this store for frozen 3 lines because I go vacation he said I can't do it call customer service I told theme why not here he says I will check with my supervisor after back he told the system is done I can't do you anything it's crazy store.
Thanks for making it easy to upgrade to a new phone, but for also assisting me when I accidentally deleted my sim 🤘
