They stole my 2 iPhone 15 pro max Promised a trade in amount of $830 per each, took the phones and never paid. Never visit this store if you don’t want to be scammed. Their manager laid to me too though… and per Alina doesn’t know anything about what she’s doing…
Worst customer service i received today. I was the only customer in the store. Manager with glasses said she was busy and couldn’t help me but there was no one else at the store. She told me to speak with customer service and that she could not speak to him because she was busy. horrible experience!
People here are friendly and competent. Verizon itself is OK but I'm sure we've all noticed an increase in weaker signals and hiccups in service. I have, all over the country. The problem at this location is overbooking. This is true just about everywhere nowadays, but if you come to this location bring something relaxing and time consuming with you.
