I had an excellent experience thanks to Bektur at Verizon. He was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Bektur took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood every step of the process. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about providing great customer service, and Bektur definitely stands out. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend working with him!
I had a terrible experience at this Verizon location. I was sent here specifically because my phone wouldn’t turn on and this was the only store that could assist me with just my ID. Instead of helping, Kasper cut me off mid-sentence, acted like I was inconveniencing him, and rushed me to the table. Super frustrated so I got 3 new line and my port never got thru. Att said its transfered and verizon says its not?? And att phone is off so im stuck with no phone this is the 1 day of service with verzin omg.. they suck i was on phone for 7 hours with 6 different ppl transferred me to all kind of department. Very unhappy and wasted 7+ hours and still on hold and problem not solved yet. As of i write this review. Super frustrated 😠 😡.
Business accounts, beware. I've been with Verizon for our business for nine years, and everything is fine as long as you don't need help. However, if you upgrade your phones, you'll encounter misleading information from their remote answering service, and the stores won't take any responsibility beyond selling you a phone. This is the second time in nine years I've upgraded and agreed to what they told me during the process, only to find discrepancies in my bill afterward.
