Alex was amazing. He was super helpful and he was able to work quickly to get me the phones I wanted. He is a nice guy too who really wants to meet expectations and he exceeded mine. I also wanted to tell you how amazing Myra was today. She stayed with me until I was able to order 3 phones for business. She is incredible. She is super patient and very helpful… excellent customer service . Keaton Holenstein was amazing helping me order 3 phones. He is very good at customer service. Thank you Keaton.

If you’re a loyal Verizon customer, avoid this location at all cost — especially Roe. He is dismissive, rude, and condescending with anyone who isn’t “using his time wisely.” He stated he was unfamiliar with Verizon Business accounts, yet did not allow anyone else to him. He also made unnecessary commentary regarding speaking Spanish with my family member. The entire experience was unacceptable.
