Can’t comment on the store itself, but Jeffrey was super helpful, pleasant, and easy going. The store is lucky to have him. The whole process was smooth, with new phones, new lines, bundling internet, and saving some $$. Had a porting issue and he helped fix it after hours. Definitely ask for Jeffrey.

Terrible service! Was lied to and told I can pick up the equipment at this location to have internet as soon as possible. After I did the credit check the girl tells me I can’t pick it up and it has to be delivered next week. Completely unacceptable to get someone to check their credit under false pretense then lie about the process. Terrible costumer service.
It's my first time in an actual Verizon store and I could say I had a great time. Jeffrey helped us with all of our concerns. Highly recommended
