The representative who helped me was really attentive and nice, she made things happen to get me to walk out with my two mother's day gifts.
Definitely not the place to spend a Saturday Afternoon. Way too busy.
Shitty customer service!
What a terrible experience. Waited 1 hour to be seen. Checked in like I was at doctors office. Someone waited 45min for a simple return. Unfortunately it is the only retail store in the area.
Make sure you make an appointment
Customer service (young African American guy in the pictures) is horrible. He calculated my early termination fee for $900 and When I called Verizon, they did it for $160!

Always a line. Bring a book if your phone isn't working.
Chris is an amazing employee! He really helped us out, with not just our phone, but with Xbox One games as well (he gave us advice on Target)! He definitely gave us the hookup! Real cool guy!
