Associate I spoke to was rude. Not some appreciate especially since I've had service with Verizon for almost 20 years.
Tyler and Grant were extremely helpful in helping fix my mother's phone. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure her phone was working. Both of these gentlemen were very personable, and easy to work with. They quickly transformed what would have otherwise been an extremely frustrating experience for my mother and I into a great experience for two satisfied customers.
