I was waiting here for about 1-2 hours to get help. Upon checking in, we were inform that it would be a 30 minute wait, which was not true. Don’t recommend to others or else you’ll just waste your time

Ben and Kevin provided excellent customer service on 2 separate occasions. Both were very receptive to questions and exceeded the minimum.
My wife had a Locked phone we spent 3 hours on the phone with Verizon no help a waste of time then went to Verizon at the trails in Silverdale and was helped by Ben what a wonderful experience and when I left the phone was fixed thank you Ben for your hard work and dedication. I appreciate it.
