I came in for a simple phone number exchange that turned into a 2 hour long phone call with support plus staff. Cathy was absolutely amazing and sooo patient!!!

My family and I went into the Silverdale store to upgrade four lines and to buy new phones. The staff was very unhelpful; we had our bill upgraded and didn't fully understand the charges, and they didn't explain the features of the phones or the bill. We were there for over 3.5 hours, and it was an overall negative experience.
We bought our phone at Verizon Store in the Trails (Silverdale, Wa) Oliver was our specialist that waited on us. We highly recommend him as he was personable, and very efficient.
I was waiting here for about 1-2 hours to get help. Upon checking in, we were inform that it would be a 30 minute wait, which was not true. Don’t recommend to others or else you’ll just waste your time
