Horrendous customer service. Anna is rude and not helpful. Nayman being the manager was awful as well. The prior reviews are very accurate.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. AWFUL service (aside from Kevin, he was great). The manager Nayman was extremely rude and walked away as I was trying to explain the issue. We tried to upgrade a phone, they took the money, and 3 days later they still won’t give us our device. We’ve heard different things from every representative we’ve talked to, multiple in-store appointments to pick up the phone and every single time there is an issue on their end.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a phone company. On January 18, my fiancé and I went into this Verizon store to switch our lines over from AT&T and T-Mobile so we could have both numbers on one Verizon plan. We chose two phones, paid the taxes on the devices upfront, and signed the device payment agreement. We were told the phones would arrive within three business days, which they did.
