My mom went to this store today 3/7 to change over all her information because my dad passed away. The representatives were completely rude to her and were not helpful at all. First let me say my mom is 76 and changing phones is scary for her even though I worked in the phone Industry for years and would answer all her questions . Well my dad’s phone finally RIP today so we went in to see what the options were and got Alan. Instead of being pushy and explaining what he wanted us to do… he answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns about losing certain perks in our “old plan” and came up with a solution that made us comfortable! Thank you Alan for helping us today.
Had an appointment at 2:00. It is now 2:32 and still have not been seen by a representative. Several walk-ins have been assisted while we had an appointment. What is the point of appointments if you don't get seen at the chosen time?
Joshua really helped us get our new phones and took care of charges
Customer service is THE BEST at this location, hard down! I've dealt with multiple reps in the last few weeks. 10/10
