Why are there two managers on duty that can't help customers??? Come on people.
Everything went smooth. Was helped right away, got me set up with new phone quickly. When I came back to drop off my trade in I was helped right away also. They never tried to sell me any extra stuff I don't need. I recommend shopping here. I think it was Chris who helped me.
This is the third time I have come in to this store. Will not do it again. All 3 times, absolutely terrible. Rude people, do not honor appointments, 0 in customer service.
As a business owner, I understand how important people are to any company and Mary at Verizon reminded me of that. My wife and I came in to disconnect a line after the passing of her mother-in-law. It was a tough day. She took the time to talk with my wife, suggested a smartwatch to help monitor her heart health, and even encouraged her to spend time gardening, joking that unfortunately, they were sold out of plants that day.This brought a smile back to my wife’s face, something I hadn’t seen in days.
I am trying to pay the balance on my Verizon account, since we changed to T mobile. AI isn’t equipped to take payment or even connect me with a real person..AI is ONLY as smart as the people he follows…..,..Quality——0000000000000000000000
