I came in last week because my phone wasn’t working. My visit lasted over 45 minutes. While Tea was helping me, another employee, Ish, repeatedly interrupted and made mean comments and jokes about customers. They stopped assisting me multiple times to laugh and continue their conversation, which disrupted my visit and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I won’t be returning to this location.
My experience at verizon was excellent.My salesperson and mr. James was great!!! the entire team at verizon was wonderful from the welcoming at the door. Until the end of my service, when they walk me out.Everything was great! my service was about three hours. Mr James was answered every question that I had. it's been 6 years since I've purchased a new phone & my experience at the Rincon Georgia verizon store was great.Thank you very much Chef Freddie J. Went in to update the wife's phone and got help from one honest and respectful man name Solomon, he is always there to help with all your needs he has become my go to guy. I used to hate going in because the sales team was always pushy and uncaring, but not him he cares about his people and is very forth coming in his expertise he will help you with all your needs and he cares about any concern you may have while purchasing your new device. usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt and keep my opinions to myself however the unprofessionalism and poor customer service warrants some feedback. It is close to 7. My Fiance and I went to this location yesterday and it was an incredible experience! We were greeted by Solomon who was a blast to work with! He helped us switch me from T-Mobile to my fiances verizon line and he got me set up with a new Samsung flip and he picked the coral color just based off of my personality! He helped us transfer everything over, we had great conversations the whole entire time and he got us on the Verizon internet as well!
