Ok, real funny story (funny weird not funny haha). My wife and daughter upgraded their cell phones Verizon Rincon, Georgia store last July 21 (25 days ago for those counting). They said if you dont like the phones bring them back in 30 days. Else bring us the old phones. So today I ATTEMPTED to do that. This is where I stepped into the twilight zone. Decided to give the store a second chance. When I visited the Rincon store, I was assisted by an employee named Tee. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received was extremely disappointing. Throughout the transaction, Tee remained on her phone and was loudly yelling at someone named Warren. She repeatedly walked away from us without explanation, making it seem as though she did not want to assist us. Welcoming environment, Ms.Tee has probably been the best employee at a Phone Carrier that I ever experienced. Does her job really well and is kind, helpful, understanding, outgoing and just a good person in general. Keep her there for life to help every other customer that walks in feel at home! Promote her to Manager!
