Welcoming environment, Ms.Tee has probably been the best employee at a Phone Carrier that I ever experienced. Does her job really well and is kind, helpful, understanding, outgoing and just a good person in general. Keep her there for life to help every other customer that walks in feel at home! Promote her to Manager!

I had an outstanding experience at this Verizon location thanks to Joshua Stapleton. My phone was completely unusable, and I was having trouble completing an insurance claim due to verification issues. Joshua went above and beyond to find a workaround and made sure I didn’t leave without a solution. His patience, creativity, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Verizon is lucky to have him!
Went into the store for something simple and was turned away immediately. Told to go to the my Verizon app because the employee was too lazy to help me with my Verizon phone plan
