I had an outstanding experience at this Verizon location thanks to Joshua Stapleton. My phone was completely unusable, and I was having trouble completing an insurance claim due to verification issues. Joshua went above and beyond to find a workaround and made sure I didn’t leave without a solution. His patience, creativity, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Verizon is lucky to have him!

Went into the store for something simple and was turned away immediately. Told to go to the my Verizon app because the employee was too lazy to help me with my Verizon phone plan

Wish I could give Joshua a 10!! We were greeted with a smile and a genuine welcome, to Verizon. He was so kind and easy to work with. He never pressured us into anything!! I told Joshua what we were looking for, a 16 Pro and also wanted an estimate on the Apple 17 Pro Max. He gave us three estimates went over everything very thorough and we walked out with two Apple 17 Pro Max and cases. I highly recommend Joshua!

I had a great expweiance today my tech was extremely good . She helped me fix my storage capacities and verify mt auto pay. I am elderly and just had not been able tp do that. She really concentrayed and listioned to my needs . She helped me select earphones and connect to bluetouth. She was exceptional and i am very greatful. Five stars for sure. Thank you julia . I hope i see you again.

I came in last week because my phone wasn’t working. My visit lasted over 45 minutes. While Tea was helping me, another employee, Ish, repeatedly interrupted and made mean comments and jokes about customers. They stopped assisting me multiple times to laugh and continue their conversation, which disrupted my visit and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I won’t be returning to this location.
