Pleasantly surprised with his well our interaction went there today! Sidney was our rep and did an awesome job of answering our questions, finding an option that was beneficial to the customer, not being pushy or trying to upsell anything unnecessary, and showing a genuineness in personality (we dealt with an actual person, not a stale, bland sales rep). Sidney was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all questions with a clear understanding. Would recommend going to this location. Ask Sidney to do her hand stand. :)
Stay far far far away from this store. They illegally put my phone account under my wife’s without my permission. Then they took insurance off my phone without my permission. I think they lied several times to my wife. There are some good Verizon stores. NEVER go to this one. Now my old phone is broken and this store removed my insurance without my permission. I think that’s illegal. I would like the manager with a date and time to meet with him. Sadly you can’t even call this store direct. Terrible!
