Been waiting hours for Rockford location to open. This very unprofessional.
The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you get the best deal. We have been Verizon customers for years, and have never had any issues with their service.
I went in with my phone because I was told I was going to need second level tech help. They said if it needed tech help that they wouldn't do anything. I just needed to call the tech department. Thing is you can't just call the tech department because you have to be on one phone while you're talking to him with another phone and I didn't even have a pin depressor to pull the SIM box. I will never go in the store again. And that was the manager that made that l call to not help me
