Have an S24, with a needed battery replacement. Bought the insurance, what should be a simple $30-$50 battery to be replaced, turned into a $270 to upgrade, or fill out paperwork to have a tech come out to replace it...a 15-30 minute job, turned into a scheduled package delivery appointment, days later.

The absolute best Verizon associate works at this location. Don't know his last name but his first name is Derek. He has provided accurate and complete information over many different interactions in different situations. Highly recommend.
After 6 hours on the phone with Verizon tech support. I drove to the Grand Rapids, Alpine Ave Verizon location, after another location decline to help. Juan was a 5 star help. His Customer Service was amazing since he stepped into a mess 9 other Verizon people made or could not help me with. He was able to trouble shot my phone problems and get my phone working again. I am grateful for his knowledge and willingness to help. If you want good service I recommend the Grand Rapids, North, Alpine ave location and ask for Juan.
