After being a loyal customer for about 8 years, I finally decided to leave Verizon because their prices simply got too high. When I went into the Comstock Park corporate store to pay it, the staff told me the system showed a balance that was $50 higher than what I was quoted. Keanu & Chandler were wonderful. Keanu helped us with my husband's phone when there was an issue with his Sim card & Chandler helped towards then end both were kind and very funny. Would highly recommend this location!!
Derek made my experience with Verizon customer service hands down the best I’ve ever had!
