The girl working there was professional and courteous, a bit slow but I'm guessing it's because the store got their wifi plan from Walmart. 2 and a half hour wait to get serviced, 30 minutes to get my phone, and another 30 to transfer stuff from my old phone. Hire more people and get better tech/wifi.

Staff worked confidently, with due diligence, to overcome the obstacles posed by rarely used cell unit. Very friendly and patient. But it took 2+ hours. Verizon as network is OK, could price better.
The girls were very helpful, setting up my new phone!!
