Store manager Paige was amazing. She was very helpful in figuring out what our best options were when porting in a line and then when we had issues activating the line she stood on the phone with customer services past operation hours until she got the phone up and working. A1 customer service.

Juan was very helpful and attentive. He explained things in detail and made my experience pleasant. I ended up having a question about my bill a few weeks later and Justin was very helpful and attentive as well.

They treat customers like crap! Im a senior citizen and trying to save money, so im switching to CC Network and saving 40% same coverage! Now ive been with Verizon for 10 years and when i called to get my phone unlocked they told me it would take 2 weeks to unlock my phone which is Verizon and is 2+ years old. No wonder people are hating on this crap company!
