A year ago I left a review about the unprofessional nature of a salesperson. Now we had to deal with this store again to get our bill after we switched to a different character. The Verizon Corporate store on Fwy Rd in Pueblo, CO did a really excellent job resolving technical issues and accounting problems associated with purchasing several new phones. In fact, without their support we could not resolve these problems online or talking with Verizon Customer Support.
