Went in today to upgrade our phones (9+ lines in total) was THAT ever a mistake! What an experience. I have been in Customer Relations for decades and this was absolutely astounding. Completely disorganized and chaotic, employees wandering around aimlessly. No one greeted or acknowledged myself or the other two customers waiting to be ‘checked in’ (which in and of it’s self is ridiculous. Everyone here always has patience with me and helps me resolve my issues. I have been a Verizon customer for almost 13 years and will continue to utilize them for my home internet and cell phone service.
They are rude at this one. I needed help with a Face ID not working on my phone and one lady that worked there got rude and said we can’t give you a phone if you owe on it. I did qualify for an upgrade earlier cause I only had 5 months to pay on it but that woman got rude and no one there helped me with the Face ID. I guess they don’t know how.
