Customer BEWARE! Terrible customer service! The young girl who calls herself the manager and “Tea” are inexperienced and have no clue what they are doing! Go to the store in Pueblo West.
I will whole heartedly recommend the sales lady Tea! She was very polite and showed empathy for the issue I was having. Not once did she show any signs of annoyance, even when I kept being indecisive on which phone or plan i wanted to go with she walked me through it all with a smile! Will be coming back to her in the future! Keep on the good work Tea you’re doing this company justice!
Staff were great. Organized check in and once it was our turn they took good care of us. Store does get busy. They do have a decent display of products, although there were a few that would not power on.
My husband and I signed up online for a plan. We received a receipt, paperwork and were waiting for our phones. Thank God they wanted all this extra address verification stuff and they had problems porting because we became frustrated, canceled and received a much better deal with T-Mobile. We received our phones the next day, already activated and much better pricing including device protection than Verizon without device protection. We couldn’t be happier!
