Horrible customer service at this location
My wife and I visited today, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the employee assisting us made my wife feel uncomfortable. He repeatedly stood too close to her, even as we tried to create more space by moving away. When I politely requested assistance from someone else, his behavior became very unprofessional. What a great team!! Juan was my primary sales rep. Nick and Tea were great tech help also. Got all possible scenarios looked at between different phones and plans. Will certainly recommend this location!!
