Generic PR Reply, No Real Action I appreciate that Verizon (Owner) took the time to copy-and-paste a textbook “we’re sorry” message, but nothing has been done to actually fix the problem. Upload speeds here are still a joke, under 1 Mbps most of the time, and no one has offered a real solution or follow-up. Avoid This Verizon Store – Misleading and Useless The Verizon service in this area is a complete joke. Upload speeds are consistently under 1 Mbps, which makes it almost impossible to do basic things like send a photo, upload a file, or use any app that needs a stable connection. Video calls?
