Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Unwilling to help after 7pm so please don’t waste your time. The manager didn’t want to give us his name because he knew himself and his employees were in the wrong. They are disrespectful and rude! I have already made an appointment to close my account out and move to AT&T.
I would give Verizon 0 stars but ot doesn't give that option, representative didn't want to take tome to explain or activate my new phone,I had to do it at home. I have had issues since purchase and customer service is non existing. Would definitely not recommend!
Do not believe them when they say there you getting it for free there lying supposed to get the home Internet for free for 30 days and they told me if I return within the 30 days I won't be charged anything which I did return within the 30 days now there saying I owe them 637. I wouldn't even give them one star they don't deserve it now got a deliquent payment on my credit due to there lies
Beware! I was a victim of Commission Fraud and they let someone buy an iPad on my account without approval.
