Worst experience I have ever had. Went to upgrade 3 of my family members phones, saw a good deal in the Verizon app. We talked over all of the deals, I picked which ones I wanted and what phones to trade in. This lady ,I will add, was friendly and patient, but screwed it up. When I got home I looked at the app, one of the promotions was not on there, having me out $1200 for a “$3/ mo” phone.
