Arlee was so nice and very helpful.
One of the worst customer service experiences ever - which is saying alot! Clubby tech-bro atmosphere in a Verizon-owned corporate store. Disinterested staff verging on rude. No-can-do attitude. Made us sit on the phone with a sales rep from Asia who could hardly speak English and was not very smart or helpful. It took an hour to cancel a simple one-month add-on international account (they couldn't do it in the office?).
