We had a great experience here. Dustin is the best.
Every time we’ve tried to go in they are never “able” to help with anything. We went in today needing help with a couple transfers and were immediately turned away. We came down to the Abingdon location and they were super helpful with everything we needed. We’ll never go to exit 7 Verizon again especially if we want to buy new phones, seeing as commission is all they care about.
My monthly bills keep changing and my FREE phone is costing me so much a month. Makes me want to go back to Straight Talk.
I’m going to have to make another trip to the store to set up auto pay because I can’t get past automated crap and there is no store number that answers
