Missed the masked wearing managers name that my boyfriend delt with today but he called my boyfriend a liar and refused to help him with a device that they have locked (error on the phone specifically says to call or go to a verizon store) and has been paid off. We have spent 5 days on the phone with verizon reps and finally went into the store still with no help.
