Worst experience ever. You would think that with the Verizon outage, the staff would be more helpful to customers who were coming in for assistance. I have been a Verizon customer for over 12 years and upgraded my phone. I got my new phone from the non -corporate store in CF and when I mentioned that to the salesman he made a smug facial expression as if they were not legit and something was wrong with my phone.
