Great customer service from the associate that we purchased new devices from. And I do mean great! Had an issue with new devices and had to go back. Was helped by someone else who's CS skills were terrible and response was to call CS 800#. Then why is there a storefront? Anyway, reason to drop a star. BTW 23 years that we have been with Verizon, so not throwing entire company under the bus. Because of a bad interaction.
David at the Waterloo store was so fantastic working with me and my senior parents to get my Mom a new phone after hers was inoperable. He was so patient and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Thank you, David, I hope Verizon gives you the recognition for exceptional service you deserve!
Ordered my husband a phone online service and all paid for next day delivery 14.99 and I still haven't received the phone 5 days later I've called and been hung up on 4 times at this point I'd like my money back not a good experience at allllll!!!!!!!
