If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at this location have no idea what they are doing. I placed an online order for pickup with a trade in; have done this at least 5 times with no issue. Trying to pick up the order was a 30 minute ordeal; they had the phone all ready to go, but the store system wasn't registering the pick up. They said it wouldn't affect my account, that it was a backend issue on their part and I could take the phone.
