I worked with Chase at Verizon on 2nd street in Coralville and he is by far the customer service representative I’ve ever worked with in my 60 year life.
Awful service, employee said the only thing they can do in store is sell you products but when it comes to any trouble shooting, account maintenance or transferring phone lines they have you call a 800 number leaving you clueless on how to submit the request. Very upset with the awful service at Verizon.
Thankfully this is a corporate Verizon store that has everything you might need. The staff is super nice as well.
Browsed on the website. Store called me and invited me in. I made an appointment. I showed up early for the appointment and checked in. Appointment time came and went. No help was in sight, so I left.
