I ordered a phone for my daughter online from Verizon.com with local pickup at the store and local trade-in at the store. Emails confirm this fact for Verizon. After waiting 1.5 hrs, this store incorrectly refused to accept the trade in. They are much more concerned with selling than service. My order clearly states this location for the trade-in. Do yourself a favor, go to T-mobile and avoid this store.
Found a few of the associates here to be very condescending and not helpful. Been to store three times this week and still don't have all issues resolved. If you have problems they are dismissive and AB basically told me everything was my fault. Ask for Vanaya as she is more empathetic and at least tried to help. They basically sign you up here and shove you out the door hoping you don't come back. As it is I'll probably be at there store for the fourth time.
I see why this store has 3 stars. What a joke. They got me all the way to the end of the process of becoming a new customer just to come back and say they can’t. Do you all want new customers or not? I guess not. Not to mention all the hidden fees. I won’t be using Verizon. EVER.
Would not recommend this store to anyone. Employees are reluctant to help, constantly huffing and puffing (sorry i need a new phone), texting while assisting me. Just extremely unprofessional. Would avoid this store, and get phone from directly from the website, or bestbuy.
