Such a positive experience visiting this Verizon store. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure I had all the support needed when setting up my new phone. They saved the day!!
How they can justify having two employees working at prime time in the only corporate store in the city is wild. And they spend so much time trying to upsell, sell ads on items, etc that a 15 mins visit turns into an hour. This is what we get when there’s only two companies to choose from anymore. I’d switch to tmobile if their coverage was better since their service definitely is
NO customer service AT ALL! Update: If you want to make it up to me, we need to have a chat. I want to talk to who staffs this store.
