Absolutely HORRIBLE! Do not switch! Service is the absolute worst! We CONSTANTLY have “Call Failed” right in the middle of town. I attached photo of a internet speed test that i did right at my house in Medford. As you can see i supposedly have 5G. The speed test couldnt even get a signal to run! And the customer service with Verizon is HORRENDOUS. Have been lied too multiple times and no one ever follows through with what they say. DO NOT SWITCH!

Worst experience I ever had. I went there specifically to pay off my phone the main manager did not know what she was doing whatsoever she was very rude, didn't answer any of my questions. I contacted corporate and it turns out every single thing she said was completely false. I am dropping Verizon completely and I found out I can get the exact same plan for less than a third the price elsewhere. No wonder the forest service dropped this provider.
