Had nothing but problems since I've switched to Verizon especially with this location. Last visit I had to wait till they opened the next day to get what they did wrong fixed. No compensation for their mistake either. They aren't friendly here and only seem to be driven by commission but its the only corporate store so I have to go to this store unfortunately

Met with Michael today, you should ask for him by name, he took care of me like a brother, great guy, he and his wife are both going to be nurses! By the time I walked out of there I was extremely happy with my new iPhone 17 Pro, he really took care of me.
I truly cannot express how amazing Rob was in helping me fix my phone issues. He went way above and beyond I have spent hours the last three days on the phone with tech-support and nobody could help me, but with Rob‘s ingenuity and superb customer service, He was the only one who was able to solve my problems. I was on the verge of canceling my plan, but he saved me as a customer. Verizon, you owe him a huge raise.
