I would give Verizon zero stars if possible. This has been the worst phone company I’ve ever dealt with. When we switched, we were promised two $500 debit cards for trading in our phones. We sent both phones in, but never received the cards. When we visited the same store where we signed up, the staff claimed to know nothing about the promotion. Just barely started with Verizon and already I want out. Called me at 8:30 this morning saying they were doing a phone transfer but that I would not be affected with my current carrier until my phone with them came. Uhm. They shut my phone off right after that call. New phone's not here and I have absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone. Don't waste your time or money with them. Not worth the headache.
Best service ever!!!! This is the absolute best Verizon store. We had a great experience. Highly recommend this place
