Came for two phones and two lines and they ended up putting 3 lines on my bill to “lower costs” but I was never told they were doing that. Still end up paying for extra taxes and fees. Guy just wanted to make more commission. Went back after getting my bill and the guy that “helped” me went straight to their back room.
Cassandra, the store manager is awesome! She was such a help with my troubleshooting and was way more informative than the reps over the phone!
Very bad service. I've been trying to close my account for a couple of years and nobody seems to know how to do it. I'm paying over $400.00 a month and they will not disconnect as I'm requesting. Lousy Company.
Trade in phone promo not discussed. Mistakenly signed the contract without thoroughly reading it (my mistake). The trade in was below my signature. Make sure you read through and know what your signing cause it verbally wasn’t discussed. Also, the lady that helped me today and said “everyone is exhausted”. Yes, life is busy like I stated but that’s not the best thing to say in costumer service. Excellent customer service by Robert Logue. Had an issue with incorrect numbers entered for a phone being traded in. Robert handled it in no time and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes.
