Great service. Easy way to make payments when not set up on autopsy as my plan is not on autopay.
Came in to pay my bill, im a new customer. Their Service Rep wouldn't look at me when I was speaking to him and kept looking out the front door... When he answered questions he seemed very disinterested. Not sure if he was racist or really that unprofessional. *shrug*
I went to verizon today and was assisted by gio and Kyle. They both went above and beyond to ensure that I was not only satisfied, but comfortable in my purchase and plan aswell. Not a single question was left unanswered and I have never had such a positive experience by any other retailer. Would highly recommend verizon on delta waters and if you can ask for Gio and Kyle!
