Rob got me all set up with a new hotspot and phone. Even helped kick off the transfer process. Was super quick and easy. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I lived closer this would be my go to location.
Last weekend, my old phone bricked itself and I was stressed all weekend about it. We went into this specific Verizon as opposed to the others because they were an official Verizon store, corporate and not an authorized retailer. Let me tell you, I believe his name is Chase, he was so understanding, funny, and professional. He worked with us to get something figured out with my phone. I would give Verizon zero stars if possible. This has been the worst phone company I’ve ever dealt with. When we switched, we were promised two $500 debit cards for trading in our phones. We sent both phones in, but never received the cards. When we visited the same store where we signed up, the staff claimed to know nothing about the promotion.
