Representatives in the store lied to me saying there would be no additional charges. I repeatedly questioned them and they kept telling me the same thing. I get my new bill and have hundreds of dollars of new charges. Incompetent or just liars not sure which or both.
I had a great experience with Zach at the Verizon Wireless store. Even though there was an issue with my bill, he stayed on top of it and made sure everything was fully resolved—even 3 weeks later. He went above and beyond to see it through to the end. Really appreciate his dedication and customer service! Thanks again Zach, you really are great!
Customer service was excellent and everyone were very hospitable .
The customer service there is absolute trash. If people were to ever wonder why I went to AT&T, it's because this Verizon and their employees. I went in and ask for a printout of my last bill. And they act like I'm asking for free phone. They act like you're an inconvenience the moment you walk in the door.
