I had an amazing customer service experience today. A hiccup during my upgrade process left me feeling stressed, but Jessica handled it with professionalism and grace, intuitively understanding that my stress stemmed from past experiences, not her. Rod was truly an angel, he was so kind and patient. Both Jessica and Rod were professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, showed genuine integrity.
Zach was a life saver. I was having issues with my New iPhone and had been by several other Verizon stores in the area but no one would help me. Zach was able to fix my device in moments. I would recommend that you only go to this Verizon location if you are in Jacksonville NC. More selection and definitely better customer service.
