Brandon was really helpful in getting me what I wanted for a good deal. Had some stuff picked out online but wasnt sure, seeing the options in person made it a lot easier. He explained benefits of different options in an easy to understand way.

I had an amazing experience at Verizon in Jacksonville today. I had a very bad experience with customer service and came into the store frustrated and almost ready to leave Verizon. Chris helped me very patiently and answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything in full detail.
