Takes advantage of the elderly. My mother is an elderly lady on our account. She broke her phone and went to this store to get a new one. Now, two weeks later, we find cloud storage, insurance, a phone payment: all charges/options that we have avoided for all of the three decades of our service plans with Verizon. Simply put: this place takes advantage of the elderly. They upsell people on things that they do not understand and full disclosure is not a part of the contracts they apply. Elijah Wilson was amazing in helping me get started with my new Verizon plan. He definitely made me feel welcomed and made the whole process a breeze. He was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciated his help and great customer service! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
