Chris Eaton took the time to carefully explain everything on my account and made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed. He also went above and beyond by assisting me with a phone call to resolve an issue involving a purchase I had made at another Verizon location. I was personally helped by Dawn and she walked through everything with me and saved me an amazing amount of time and money on upgrading to a 17 pro and getting a new iPad, she made the process so easy and quick! She was an amazing help and very proficient in her job!
Dawn is the BEST! She made everything so much better after having to deal with headquarters! We will be returning for future updates and upgrades!
The associate Caleb was very helpful , he was trying to switch my old service to Verizon , but previous server had my phone locked , yes I payed every month . I'm glad I switched to Verizon
