Got a new router and hoping its good enough. My last one was very poor internet. The internet signal is spotty at times and I dont like the inconsistency.
I recently upgraded my old phone to a new IPhone 17 and received great, knowledgeable service from both Savannah and Matt. They were patient as I tried to decide between the newer phones, able to answer all of my questions, and very helpful with any transfer questions for my new phone. Thanks Savannah and Matt!
Went into this Verizon location yesterday and Brandon S. was excellent help. He listened to the failed calls issue I was having on and off, and instead of automatically trying to sell me a new phone upgrade/lock me into a new multi-year plan, he updated my SIM card to solve the problem (love my small, six y/o iPhone w/a wallet case setup #IKYKY). Refreshing approach to customer loyalty. I will be back to see Brandon for my next phone. Thank you, Brandon.
They are worst people and nasty and you can't even get write help I'm no longer a customer.
