Awful store. I took our s22 ultras to this store to turn them in for trade in ,promotion value of $900 each. The first phone checked in ok, the second phone the girl was having a issue checking it in. So she checked in finally but receipt showed $120. And I asked her why,she stated she would have to call verizon to explain the issue. So I waited a few hours called the store back to see if problem was resolved, they told me yes. After being with VZW for over 22 years I can say this is the worst service I’ve received. I was having an issue with my 16 Pro Max. After fighting Apple for months trying to use my AppleCare, I reached out to Verizon tech support who sent a replacement device. Unfortunately they sent the wrong phone out. I was told for the fastest process, take the ‘replacement’ to the nearest corporate store vs sending it back via UPS. We made an appointment via customer service for 6pm tonight. If I could put 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever received. I walked into the store at 4:50 and felt really bad but my phone literally fell out of my hand and cracked. I rushed over because I needed a new one as I use it for work.
