Went into this Verizon location yesterday and Brandon S. was excellent help. He listened to the failed calls issue I was having on and off, and instead of automatically trying to sell me a new phone upgrade/lock me into a new multi-year plan, he updated my SIM card to solve the problem (love my small, six y/o iPhone w/a wallet case setup #IKYKY). Refreshing approach to customer loyalty. I will be back to see Brandon for my next phone. Thank you, Brandon.
They are worst people and nasty and you can't even get write help I'm no longer a customer.
