I switched to Verizon on Jun 17. start of my nightmare. Went to this location on Jun 20. I explained to them that, i was a new customer and i have not received my phone. I also didn't have service. Nobody was able to help they asked me to wait that i will receive the phone. Jun 23th still no phone no service. I could not even pay a bill that was not over due, because I switched services.
If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. We’ve used this location multiple times without any issues but this past experience was horrible and quite concerning with regard to security and privacy. We upgraded our adult son’s phone with a trade via the app and then picked it up at this location. We went home set it up, no issues. Meanwhile I kept getting emails reminding me to pick up the phone, after 3 days the order was cancelled however on the app the new phone was showing up.
