Michael worst store manger would rather stand around and talk to employees about personal stuff then help a customer. Then acts like a jerk when he finally does stop talking, he put his tablet in my face and started pointing at and saying you see this i would have to do alot of work to take the phone back here. Customer service is nonexistent..... going to another carrier
This "corporate store" is just awful. I have placed an order for a phone that was available for in store pick up within 2 hours (per the online agent). Well..... im now on DAY 4 with NO DAMN PHONE! The only thing they made CERTAIN TO DO IMMEDIATELY was to charge my card..... literally I have heard NOTHING since then about the status of my phone order. I have made a half dozen trips to the store and have spent at least 10 hours on the phone (mostly on hold) for someone, ANYONE, to give me some sort of answer as to what the ho... read more
