Hopeless. The manager Liz just wanted me to stand there and call thr call center instead of helping me so she could go play in her phone and talk to co-workers. Wasted an hour and got nothing accomplished. Everyone you talk to gives you a different story.
This review is for “Antwan” the manager I just had contact with in the Verizon store. I have been with Verizon for 10 years now and have never come in contact with someone so rude in store. She had the worst attitude just because I came in asking simple questions that I have about my phone bill, not letting me talk for myself and not offering to do the help that her TEAM members were offering to do before. So to preface, I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 7 years. I saw a promotion for t mobile to port my number and the figures were right for me so I decided to switch. Little did I know, as soon as you have your number ported to any other carrier, Verizon will instantly lock and/or delete your personal account. Whether you have any outstanding balances or not, your account number is no longer recognized nor your eSIM or number. Sleazy sales associates. My brother went in for an upgrade expecting to have to call me for account authorization, but instead was told we’ll just pretend that you’re the account holder. They made him think he was just upgrading his phone and his new monthly was going to be close to the same. Turns out they added a whole line that was going to be the same amount and then also doubled the payment of his old line with the new device.
