I was helped here by Armani last week- she went above and beyond to make sure we got the best value possible for what we were looking for. This was my first time buying a new phone in person and she made the experience as smooth as possible. She was friendly, patient, and explained the process very clearly to us the entire time. I am not a phone technician but when I went out to the Verizon store recently I tried to explain what was going on with my phone after a recent download the tech said oh yeah that’s normal when I knew it was not. The person needs to go back to school. I’m going to another carrier.

First of all, I must say that I will never purchase anything online with Verizon again. It was an unbelievable nightmare to get my new phone and trade the old phone in for credit. So, long story short I kept running into barriers to trade the phone in. I was told to go to the Verizon store on Watson Boulevard. So, idea. A young man, Kiel, Took care of my problem.
