I was completely screwed over and lied to by 2 corporate Verizon employees on June 8th. They added a fourth phone line to my plan without my consent and also sent me a brand new phone which was going to cost me $1,300+. Once I received this phone I hadn't asked for, I called Verizon back and I was assured that everything would be fixed and my account would go back to the way it was. Most awesome experience with service ever! My SIM card failed and I felt lost without my ability to communicate for personal need and work issues. I thought I would need a new phone. What a pain! But… River came to my rescue and was kind and respectful for the whole 10 minutes it took to put a new SIM card in. No need for a new phone even though I was prepared to get one. Super frustrating experience here. Arrived and was checked in by someone in the front. I received a message saying I had 2 people ahead of me. I then spent the next 40 minutes watching everyone around me be serviced even a couple who had walked in AFTER me. When I finally was able to speak to a representative I was told within 5 minutes that he would not be able to help me today, as the corporate number he had to contact had already closed.
