Chris was so great to work with! We just made the switch from another phone provider after 25 years! He made the switch so smooth! He was very patient with me and my kids! Pre-ordered the 18 pro max, order didn’t get put through, supposed to have the phone and watch 9/18/26, now gotta wait till mid October. Not impressed

OK, to make a long story short, old phone- bottom of river during kayaking New phone- can't verify identity because old phone is gone I purchased a new phone by calling Verizon and it was overnights at no cost. So in order to activate the new phone I went to the Verizon corporate store in Idaho Falls, waited for my number to get called, as the process goes. Now this is where it becomes fabulous.
