Within the last month I added an additional Verizon line and purchased a new phone. While at the store was told I did not owe anything and the new line fee of $35.00 would be waived. The 10 days I have received multiple text messages and emails saying I have a late payment of $35.00 and that the remainder of my bill needed paid today or I may lose my phone service. My whole family came in wanting all new phones and two watches. We were helped by Torin and had the best experience! He walked us through everything and made all the changes clear and understandable.
Had a great experience today! Switched over my carrier and a couple extra things done. Everyone was amazing and sweet. Jazmyn who helped me get my phone set up and got me checked out was fantastic and made the process go so smoothly!
Lexi was nothing short of disrespectful. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
It took over 3 days to transition over. Couldn’t find anyone that cared about helping us. Find out later that the phones they ordered us have been “locked”, on the “fraud” list and can’t be sold. I would avoid this location and business at all costs!
