Horrible horrible experience. Calling on the phone for any help is a nightmare. Home internet is a joke and doesn’t work. I cancelled service and I had multiple agents telling me I wouldn’t be charged and would be credited. I have documentation of it and they aren’t following through. Been a loyal customer over four years and the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Will be taking my business elsewhere
We went in to up grade our phones and switch to a business line. The guy that helped us handed us a phone and told us we had to call customer service our selves to get anything taken care of on our account. What’s the point of having a store front if we have to call customer service our self to get things taken care of. Right now we are headed to a T-Mobile to switch our service.
Verizon is an absolute JOKE!!! All they want is your money they don't even care about taking care of their customers. They just want to screw you over! I've been a customer with Verizon for over five years you would think they would want to take care of me after all the money I've given them hah no the money is all they care about. Seems like they have to make even the slightest task impossible to achieve.
The reason this store sucks is because Verizon sucks. I was trying to resolve a bill I didn't know existed on an old account (that was opened as a postpaid $70 account but was supposed to be a $25-35 prepaid account). I called Verizon and after 90 minutes they told me I had to go to the corporate store (45 minutes away) to show my ID and get a new 4-digit code.
