We had a great experience at Verizon today. I wish I would have asked the sales lady her name but she has a dragonfly tattoo on her hand. She was so great with my daughter! She was attentive, kind, helped my daughter see her options, and fast service! I love when sales people talk to my kids and give them the opportunity to make their own decisions! My husband and I were impressed :)
So my mother decided it was a good idea to get me a new phone for Christmas. Im out of state for WORK, and my phone i currently have stops working because the new one got activated. Im a supervisor and its very important i have a phone that WORKS. So for half the day I couldnt take very important work calls or call anybody with important work related questions. We had a weird experience with an employee, but then Harris stepped in and helped us. Harris was absolutely amazing and so much help. I was there helping my parents get a phone plan setup (not the funnest) but Harris made it so much easier and knew exactly what to say to help my parents (and me). Thank you so much Harris!
Always such a frustrating experience. Unable to resolve issues, it’s not the store employees, it’s Verizon itself outsourcing customer service and account management.
We have always had Great Customer Service at the Verizon store on 17th St. Today the Customer Service went far beyond "great" into the Truly Superb realm. Staff Member Dalton took such awesome care of us today it was awesome and amazing. We always enjoy a visit to this Verizon store but today was exceptional. Thank You, Dalton! "Ya Dun GOOD!"
