Unable to contact either local store in Ruidoso, NM or Alamogordo, NM by phone. Both stores are open. I will try another cell phone company maybe someone would like a new customer.

I didn't believe all the bad reviews about customer service at this store until I went in to ask about a promo. A guy named jose didn't know what I was talking about, I kept trying to explain to him. He was very rude and didn't seem interested in helping. Guys like this shouldn't be in customer service!
