I joined Verizon switching from straight talk and had trouble bringing my wife and I phone number, Verizon associates created a number for me to bring online the phones and transfer our numbers. We have 2 lines and because they used that phone number they charged us $200 on top of our normal bill to deactivate the line after they told us from the beginning that the system would not charge us and it would auto correct itself. The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
