After spending all day on hold with customer support and chatting with sales, I finally got fed up and went to a physical store. Tony saved the day and money by solving a reasonably complex problem as quickly and efficiently as possible, doing what eight different online representatives couldn't figure out in an hour. Keep this guy around, he knows what he's doing! Could you give him a raise? He sure earned one today!
