I went into this Verizon store and checked in online. I sat there for almost 30 minutes before they started calling peoples name to assist that had entered the store and checked in after myself. And when I inquired about the staff member was rude to me.
Fantastic location with super helpful staff. Would absolutely recommend!!
I've been with Verizon for almost a year with no missed payments. Now they've added an additional $100. Ive been on the phone for almost a year and everyone is acting like they don't have since.
