Crystal was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had an awful and frightening experience at the retail location in Paris IL. All I needed was a physical SIM card. She hooked me up and got my services activite with a quickness. Thanks again Crystal, you were a true blessing today.
I walked in at opening and told the guy I needed service meaning I have no service. He commences to tell me Im in collections which I would have gladly paid. He then goes on to tell me that I gotta call such and such number. I lose my patience. Sir, I have no service. I cant call anyone let alone collections and seeing that you were unwilling to make a call for me, possibly making a couple hundred dollars in commission, you ignored that I couldnt call anyone yet still tried to give me a number to call when I had no service. ... read more
