My elderly parents went into this location over the summer to sign up for new phones. My dad (89) uses a flip phone. My 83 yo mom was on an Android phone at the time. 1st, they "upgraded" my mom to an iPhone 15 and taught her nothing about the new phone. My mom had an iphone about 10 years ago and just assumed it would be easy to use and no changes. This location really needs to be sure its employees are giving the correct info when customers, my husband and myself, are ready to drop money to upgrade! We are WELL over paying our phones off and have had our phones for years. We aren't "those" people that have to have the newest phones every time a new version comes out...we used our phones until issues arose.
