This Verizon store is a joke. I ordered my z fold 7 over the phone with Verizon i had a trade in at $1,100 that was on my account for when I turned my phone in. Yesterday I went in to give them the phone to turn in and this store gave me a receipt for $800. Told me they would fix it and that i would get a message about it 2 hours later I got an email saying the value of my trade was changed to $800. Did get help with service. Called Verizon and they hung up on me while I was at the store for no reason
I have never been treated so rude based off my appearance. We came in for a jet pack for my sons upcoming college tour. Elisabeth was rude and took it so far we couldn't even read the box until we payed for it. Wouldn't let us touch it. She made me pull it up on Verizon. She then listed the plans but didnt make it clear if it was price or plans. Then when I asked for clarification. She said I already did tell you, but ok ill tell you again.
