No phone experience goes as planned, I have done this for years. All providers. This one was no different. But what is different in this case is the assistant manager, Joe. I have never came to this store and not been told there systems are very slow or the system is down. Not sure if its incompetence or verizon just is not great. Besides that no problems
Was in store today and was not made to feel very valued. Walked in and checked in and I was number 6 in line. Understanding this was a busy time, I patiently waited for my name to be called. After about 10-15 minutes, a rep started walking around and asking who was who. Once he handled the first name, he walked to a lady clear on the other side and assisted her.
