Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful and got us a great deal.
Jeremy was top notch from start to finish. He helped me upgrade a 4 year old S22 to S26 with increased memory and added a watch to the plan for the no added cost to my plan. He also walked me through how to get a military discount and throughout this whole process wasn't pushy for upselling products. If you're looking for a new phone or smart watch Jeremy is the man to come to!
Good service but unfortunately they cant do much with account help, we had to call customer service instead of being helped in person which can be frustrating when you think the brick and mortar stores are a full service business! But definitely very helpful with getting new service started!!
Allen was so helpful in getting our new lines set up! He was knowledgeable about offers going on and saved me some money too!
