Disappointing customer service. If you have a choice, don't go to this store. I stopped in to ask for some help setting my new phone up and the person in reception was utterly unwilling to help. He made the choice to be unhelpful. I'm making the choice to leave Verizon. Updated: Verizon has said they will address this review. I'm waiting to hear from them. Updated 10/14/25: Still nothing from Verizon. Just responding to a negative review is not enough: I'm looking for a real response.
This is a great Verizon store. Customer service is fantastic. They treat you with respect and you are valued as a customer. I dealt with Noah as a representative. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me get my new phones and got them set up. I highly recommend you see Noah if you can. Will be doing business with them in the future. Keep up the great work.
