I went in today just to ask a couple questions and Sarah helped me she was amazing! Greeted me the moment I walked in, answered all my questions, and helped me transfer my service from AT&T. Told me about every sale possible while explaining every detail about what she was doing and the pricing and everything! She is amazing! Definitely knows her job and seems to enjoy it! I honestly transferred my service solely because of her!

When i bought my new phone here and transfered the line from my parents plan the incompetent sales person listed my location information out of washington forcing me to pay surcharges out of washinton state. It is impossible to fix this unless you open a new account. I have called to customer service about 10 times and the most they have ever done is send a bill correction for the difference in tax price. Just thought a new customer should be aware before they go here for service.

From the moment I stepped in I was greeted and made to feel welcome. I was helped shortly by Bridget. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and offered a lot of information. Even though it took a while to complete the processes of deciding what to get and doing all the set ups, she was patient and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my experience and will continue to do business with the Belton Verizon store.
