I drove a hour to get to a corporate Verizon store. The lady who helped me was so nice and helped me make a smooth transition out of Verizon gave me all the right info I would need to port all my lines out of Verizon. Glad I don’t have that high bill anymore but the lady did a wonderful job. Didn’t try to sweet talk me into not leaving very respectful thank you

Ray messed up tried to deny it. He installed an extra eSim on my phone and not my husbands(his esim was corrupted) my phone has a physical Sim. Because he installed an esim on my phone dropped service causing me to have to go back and have them remove it. The guy that removed it was amazing. But Ray was too distracted and talking to his other coworkers, about military phonetic codes, to do his job properly and efficiently.

After going to the store to explain that, my service is so bad that several attempts to pay my bill failed. My calls drop, Facebook and YouTube are slow to respond. And it drops from 5G to 4G to No Signal all the time! They told me to take this undependable phone service and CALL VERISON! Now, all my Bluetooth connections are failing to be identified.
