Bridget absolutely killed the game today. But here's the thing, I went in to replace my 3 year old case and walking out with a brand new phone and no extra charge. She was truly fantastic.
I ended up going to the Belton store after s very bad experience with the Harrisonville store. I was lucky and got Emillio he bent over backwards to help me. The whole staff in the store was pleasant and helpful.
Customer Service at this location was terrible.
Bridget was wonderful in every way! Greeted with a smile and was able to upgrade phone with no problem! We will be back for the next phone concern.
