OK yall!! I had a samsung ultra note "20" DID NOT realize it was 6 yrs old. I went into the VZW store in Belton. I had a very sweet Woman named Bridget help me. She answered all my questions and get me all set with a new samsung ultra S 25. I was even in there an hr. She took care of me. Thank you Bridget! Good customer service is SO RARE these days. You are awesome🫶
Quick fast service. Walked in on a weekday when it wasn’t busy to trade a phone in and was out the door in under 5 minutes.
Great service
Order a new phone and needed help transferring our old phone to the new phone. The man “helping us” had no interest and kept saying we needed to go to UBreakIFix. We ended up going to UBreakIFix and they got it transferred over in 2 minutes and didn’t even charge us because there was nothing wrong with the phone, we just needed help. Very disappointed with Verizon that they didn’t want to take 2 min to help and we were the only people in the store with 4 employees doing nothing.
