If you love getting extra charges and don’t mind being told one thing then given the other then Verizon is for you. Switched plans when they were running the trade in promo and pretty much gave them my old phone for free when I was supposed to be credited 850 towards a new phone now I’m fully paying off an iPhone 15. I went into the Auburn store to trade in my old phone and upgrade to a new one and was helped by Jake F. He was delightful and very helpful! Very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
Out of all the money my grandmother and I have spent over the past 8 years straight with you guys for phones, i-pads, our monthly bill, ect, and the guy was gonna charge me $40 just to switch my stuff over to my new phone? Not cool. AT&T does it free.
Stay away from this store! I hate being the person to leave a bad review online, but I am disgusted with how my new plan was handled by not only this store, but Verizon as a company. I was a US Cellular customer and wanted to switch carriers to save money. On 12/5, I called the 1-800 number from the Verizon website to ask about new customer promotions.
