Went to this verizon to upgrade both phones, when we walked in the employee stated they would get us checked in in a minute, and continued talking to the other employee. While we were waiting to be checked in another set of people walked in and the employee went directly to them and checked them in. We ended up leaving.

I would give a -5 if i could. I see so many comments about the rude staff, yet they're still there! I encountered the same. My husband and I walked in and a guy yells across the room "gotcha checked in". I told him what I was there for. He needed my license so I went back to the car to get them while my husband waited there with my phone. When I came back in, my husband was furious!! I didn't know why. Came in with seven phones two of which I could not wipe in order to return them. Dennis Farrell was extremely helpful called the corporate office and found a way to remedy the frustrating situation

I placed an order online and picked it up at this location, for 5 new lines. I was reluctant to do so but the sale was too good to pass up. Shenika was the one who promptly greeted us and retrieved our order from the back. She also then asked if we needed help with setup, despite the store being kind of busy. Her friendly service was much appreciated, thank you:)
