Richard was SUPER helpful today. He helped lower my bill for the plan we need as well as discovered a charge that I no longer needed but hadn’t turned off! Awesome!!

We needed a new phone, so we stop by and Richard helped us out. There was a glitch in their system, and we had a few issues. Richard continued to work on it and got everything resolved. He stayed in touch and was very helpful. Great customer service!!

I wasn’t gonna do this after the first one but now within the same week twice in a row the staff here have been extremely unsupportive and rude, first I had a guy I forgot his name who instead of helping me upgrade a phone he just tried to sell me another line telling me that I would only get like 250 for my phone I told him that the app said I would get 650 and he said no you have a lower tier phone most you would get is 350 I then pulled out my phone and showed him and he said if you want to do it on the app go ahead, as I... read more

Was lied to buy a sales rep in this store. I would not recommend this location if lies is what they do.
