I was fortunate enough to come in and get served by one of the Customer reps named Ricky! He stuck with me for over an hour while I was on the line trying to disconnect my service with VERIZON. What a champion!
Horrible service I checked in and had multiple people after me check in get helped right away on top of that they had workers standing around doing nothing when they could have helped me after telling me it would be over a hour wait. Would not come there again nor will I recommend anyone to go there.
Sanjay was super helpful! We had a whole situation with a watch and he was very patient and helpful. I really like this location!
