Andrew helped me set up my new phone. He explained pretty thoroughly about promotions we had available and how things would effect our monthly bill
Ricky
Ricky . Excellent customer service.
Ricky at Verizon was a great help and got us the phone we were looking for. Made adding a new line painless.
I stopped in to get myself a new phone and watch. Ricky was very helpful in putting in my order, the items arrived quickly, and upon returning to the store a few days later Ricky was extremely helpful in getting everything transferred and set up. I highly suggest requesting to work with Ricky if you stop in for new items!
