Zach was an absolutely fantastic rep!!! Brett reached out to me prior to set up an appointment to look at my antiquated plan for savings. Zach covered all the things and got me and my 4 kids set up with lines AND protection. All done in an hour and in a way I could understand and AFFORD!!! Kudos to Verizon Elk River.
The worst customer service that I have had with any company in my entire life. Was shuffled around between corporate and the store for 5 months without any resolution. I might have been willing to meet them half way but was never given the opportunity. When I call just get transferred then put on hold. Ryan and crew helped me with an insurance claim and activation on a business account when customer service phone calls could not.
Service sucks,trying to sell me hulu,you tube etc. Went there to get a new phone because mine black out,the guy told me that I don't qualify for a new one until my 3rd year with them.
