I have always thought Verizon was an excellent company until today. Yesterday I went in there to talk to them about the Samsung Z Flip7. The manager was so interested and hospitable to help me. I told him I needed to process paying 2000 dollars for a phone for a couple of days. He also tried to talk my sister in law out of buying the iPhone 15 and get the iPhone 17 when it came out in early September. My sales guy was not friendly nor helpful. Very passive aggressive but mostly not helpful at all. Never got out of his chair once.
I have nothing but high praise for this store and their employees. My previous cellphone provider allowed my phone number to be transferred to another provider without my approval. Kai helped me choose a new phone, a new phone number and helped me create a new email address. He was very kind, patient and understanding (along with managers Mike and Cory). They helped me get through a very stressful situation and I truly appreciated it! Thank you!
