Faith was absolutely amazing to work with. Any time my business need service I personally come to this location. Faith is detailed, respectful of my time and courteous. Those qualities are hard to find these days but she exemplifies it. If you are a business customer and wish to work with someone who is respectful of your time give her a call or stop by this location. Way to go Faith!!!!!!!!
The sales associate, Allison at the Bossier City Verizon store was super helpful in helping me get the best deal. I've never worked with an associate as knowledgeable and who went the extra mile to find me a better phone for the same monthly bill. She really cares about her customers!!
Bad service nobody want a work they just kill the time very sad
Verizon Customer Service will tell you one thing over the phone only to have employees at this location tell you something completely different. Customer Service tells you to take a phone to this location for trade in? They won't accept it. Customer service tells you to go this location to pick up a new device? They will claim they don't have it or that they can't release it to you.
