This is for the young lady who assisted Nathaniel with phone just before closing time. Thank you for taking the time to listen to what he was unable to comprehend due to several strokes he experienced due to Covid-19. Recently switched over to Verizon from T-Mobile. The service is not the best. Neither is the pricing for the exact service T-Mobile provided but each time I have a question, concern, or issues, the sales reps in the store go above & beyond to assist me. Especially Faith. She is definitely a ROCK STAR!!
