I've never been a fan of cell phone stores but, for the first time in 30 years, these guys were excellent. The attention, assistance with getting set up, understanding the problem and offering valid solutions were all done flawlessly.

I don't write reviews , but after today , I am doing it . We just moved here to Sevierville a few weeks ago . I order the Verizon plug and play for Internet . From the time I received the box I had so much trouble trying to register . Two weeks of dealing with making phone calls and they couldn't help . So I ended up at this store to get help . I was met by an employee by the name of kip , she listened to o everything I was saying and started working on the issues . After about 30 minutes there she had the whole issue taking... read more

My phone was locked while on vacation and I thought that I had lost very valuable memories. Thankfully David was able to help me out and do a hard Reboot on my phone making sure that I didn't lose them. 10/10 experience.
