Was told we would get a $200 credit and it would cover the activation fees. Got our first bill and it’s over $280 and no credit. Couldn’t reach anyone at the store by phone. Got transferred to a rep who also tried to reach them and couldn’t but told me walk ins are first priority. Which is wrong because that isn’t how you treat clients. People come into your store check in on the kiosk and then you have 2 employees helping them instead of helping customers that have already been in your store for 20 to 30 minutes. Very unprofessional
Since my T-Mobile plan started becoming quite expensive, I decided to switch carriers and visited this branch. The employee who assisted me stated that I would receive a free phone, that I would need to remain on the plan for three years, and that the $80 plan fee would be guaranteed for the entire duration of that three-year period. I needed a screen protector for my Samsung Ultra watch. I called all over Peoria and East Peoria trying to locate one with no such luck. By chance while stopped at a light I saw ATT. I went in told them I wasn't a customer but needed a screen protector. A salesman, Jimmy Salamanca, hooked me right up. What a bargain, $4.50 and I love it. THANKS JIMMY
