The Agent Changed my plan and caused my bill to increase by over a $100. Will not recommend them. They lie and manipulate your bill to meet sales quotes. Signing people up for services they didnt ask for. Very disappointed
Josh was very helpful and patient with an issue I was having trying to transfer from phone to phone. Every time I have had Josh for customer support he has been great!
