Vincent has been incredibly helpful on a couple of recent occasions. First, my son needed a very basic phone—something simpler than a smartphone but still capable of real-time location tracking for safety. Vincent recommended a Gizmo watch, got it set up quickly, and it’s been working great. More recently, I went in to transfer my grandpa’s and my AT&T Prepaid lines over to Verizon Prepaid.
