Although their service may be fast, they are extremely rude. Two employees were standing there talking not occupied with any customer, glanced over and didn't even say hello or welcome. They had the same bad and nonchalant attitude the first time I walked into this store to trade in my Iphone.
Lots of CS (5/6 reps plus manager)... No interaction - on their own devices. Having to sit and watch this only solidified the waste of time for me as a loyal customer This 5 hours after a 2 hour drive one way to the closest store! Made this a 9 hour day! Seriously CS to caught up with personal device's Moreover could not leave store! While they did transfer Verizon's known problem with overheating battery was still an issue while there. Always have a great experience here! Fast and great customer service! Ava was amazing helping me with my upgrade and Joe was great as always. Will always return here for any help I need with Verizon.
