There is a heavyset person there one might assume to be a female by the name of Alondra. That particular associate purposely made me wait approximately 25 minutes while she sat on her phone texting/scrolling before she would finish the last part of a trade in transaction. She wasn't on break as I know that Verizon doesn't allow their employees to take breaks of any kind on the sales floor. If i could give negative stars I would. The asswipe employees stood there helping out every customer who wanted to buy a phone, even though i checked in way before most of them. Finally a manager had to tell his suboordinate to help me to which he reluctantly did so. Everyone looks unhappy here, only caveat was the guy was decently nice.
Never had problems here before but suddenly my name is spelled wrong in their system and now I can't buy a new phone.
