Quick and easy to fix my SIM card!
Vince was amazing and extremely helpful today at Verizon in the Chico Mall. The issue was not something I could fix or attempt to fix on line. I went into the Verizon store and he took care of the issue quickly and professionally. He has my thanks and appreciation.
I was in the Chico Verizon store today and worked with Ava. I was there to establish new service having made the decision to leave Tmobile. The monthly fee is cut by $35 dollars and also opting for the bundle of 5 streaming services for $25 will save me money by not getting billed individually by those same services. That includes HBO max which I don't have. She is outstanding in her knowledge, definitely knows her way around the inner workings of a cellphone and her customer service skills are superb.
