There is a heavyset person there one might assume to be a female by the name of Alondra. That particular associate purposely made me wait approximately 25 minutes while she sat on her phone texting/scrolling before she would finish the last part of a trade in transaction. She wasn't on break as I know that Verizon doesn't allow their employees to take breaks of any kind on the sales floor.
