Worst Verizon store i have been too. Stay well clear. Staff have zero time for customers. Mia in particular was rude and zero help. I am literally switching 7 business and 3 personal phone lines to AT&T because of this store, I will make moves to transition my other company networks and lines over nationwide. Very poor.
I gave a one star 2 years ago. Today I come to add the final review as to why. 3 years I have been a loyal Verizon customer. 3 years I never missed a payment. I have paid well over $13,000 in that timeframe. I switched to different carrier, cause I was tired of the runaround and tired of the fluctuating bills and ever since then they have treated me like garbage with customer service being also garbage and me coming into the store. If yall are having problems with Verizon go check out the T-Mobile kiosk inside of Sam's Club at the Oxford Exchange! They have deals exclusively for customers switching from Verizon, Sam's club membership deals, and will pay off your devices you owe Verizon on. Ask for Hayden if you can!
Landon was a lifesaver! My son dropped his phone at work, making it unusable. He quickly got him a new phone and suggested a better case for optimal protection. Since my son is autistic, he can't be without a phone, or he will panic. Landon was very knowledgeable and kind. Top notch tech guy!
