Always busy. Wait average 30 minutes BEFORE service. Staff friendly but short in number.
Stopped in to get a new screen protector and was told my wait would be 25 min. Store was busy and several associates were helping many customers. Frustration was that one employee seemed to just walk around and hang out in the back for 20 minutes before he finally helped me. During the same time another associate finished with a customer and also provided no help for at least 10 minutes (He was still hanging out when I left). To be fair, they may have been on break. So what started as a nightmare ended up working out I would have rated this one star if it wasn’t for the Verizon store in Derby Kansas, specifically the manager Raul PAUGA. I spent about five hours online trying to switch from AT&T to Verizon. It was a nightmare. They charged me canceled my order three or four times online then I went into the store.
