Chance did not seem interested to help and was rude
My wife’s phone doesn’t work when she’s at work and everyone else’s does So is she stuck with a phone that’s just a paper weight What are we paying for we just switched to Verizon
Customer service has drastically taken a downward spin. I used the app to setup a payment plan, got confirmation to turn around and get service cut like I never set it up. Then get charged for a payment arrangement after I call them. First time in 10 years as a customer of Verizon 2 years of it here in kansas. The bill has doubled out of the blue as well. The service is not that great for over a $400 a month rate. I will be switching service today
In the last week I have upgraded 2 phones and both times was a great experience. The rep who assisted me was Kayla along with the other reps that worked there. Everyone was extremely professional and helped with every need that I had. It’s hard to find excellent customer service in today’s age but this place was the prime example of that not being true. Kudos to all the reps at this location. They deserve recognition along with compensation. This is how you keep customers satisfied.
