Very rude staff! Tell them why I am there. We wait 15 min and then someone comes up to us and I let them know why I’m there. They said we should just call in cuz the don’t have any of the phones there. I have previously changed plans on phones and had them order phones before. So, I asked, “You don’t want to do it then?” And the little guy got all agitated and raised his voice saying they don’t have the phones there to do it… Well screw them! Great help. I’ve been with Verizon for a long time and always seem to get good service and help when I need it. My wife’s phone stopped working and we came here for help. After several attempts to reboot her phone we finally realized it was broken. The manager Chris explained that they could offer a replacement due to my long continuous customer account.
