These bad reviews are crazy. This place is awesome. We bought a new truck at bob swope ford and needed a new device for my wife so she could connect to android auto. We're also 4 hours away and needed to get home ASAP for work. These guys delivered. They were fast and worked together very well and were just all around fun people. Got us out as quick as they could. Great ending to an already crazy car buying adventure. Thank you so much to James "noah", Chris, and Ryan. You guys are awesome!
I worked with Noah (he may also go by James) on opening a new account and getting a new phone. He was very professional and friendly, helping me with any questions I had. The entire process took a couple of hours but he was very patient. I highly recommend working with him if given the option!
My kids ordered new phones at a non corporate store in Michigan and had nothing but problems. Rebates, billing, you name it. Mags and Jordan stepped up, figured everything out and made things right. They stood up for me with corporate CS and made sure I got the credits we earned. Polite, thorough and fierce. Thanks guys!
