I went into the Verizon store in Rome on 6/7/2025. I was the first customer that walked in right at 9AM. I had an issue with my phone I told the gentleman my issue and he immediately said “you can’t do that” I’ve been with Verizon for over 16 years. I didn’t get his name. The gentleman was an older man that seemed like he didn’t even want to be there and that’s putting it nicely. He never even looked at my account.
