Awful customer service
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have never experienced such rudeness, audacity and compete unprofessionalism as I experienced at this store. A simple question to a compete moron posted up behind the desk turned into an argument between myself, him, (no name badge and he got smart once again when I ask for his name) Jason and Colby came out to join. Not very helpful.
The sorriest customer service ever. This place is a joke. Instead of helping each customer with their needs and getting them out so the next customer doesn't have to wait forever, they goof off and walk around like zombies, and for the customers they do help, they rather talk about anything rather than focusing on the issue at hand. Terrible place. Ten years ago is was a very awesome and helpful experience, now its trash. I went in to upgrade to a new phone, I left with the one I came in with. Thats one sell yall lost.
Great team, Bernard worked on a problem I had with a phone sold by authorized dealer who messed up my account and he went way above and beyond to resolve my problem! He was awesome.
