Had a small problem with my phone . Nice young man straightened it out and handed it back to me in about 3 minutes ! Friendly associates , very attentive to customers .
I had a very disappointing experience at the Verizon Wireless store in Rome. I drove in from out of town specifically for a trade-in, but couldn’t even get into the store, and I couldn’t get a staff member to acknowledge me. When I tried calling, they hung up on me. When I was finally able to speak with someone, I was abruptly told he had no way to help me and that I had 30 days to turn in the trade-in, with no effort to offer a solution other than to come back later.
