I wish there was an option for zero stars here...Verizon allowed my stepmother to turn off my dad's acct after putting him in a nursing home and kept her phone on his acct &SS# as she told them he was dead and they never asked for proof. He asked me to help him get a phone, so I did. They wouldn't let him have it in his own name, though. Said I'd have to put it in my name for 30 days, and then he could put it in his name and transfer it out of my name. Unless you are buying something they don’t care about you. My phone for my business isn’t working, they refused to do anything except let me use their phone to call tech support.
ridiculous you will convince me to transfer my phone and then charge me $30 per phone to get help getting it set up
