I wish there was a option for zero stars. I went in to talk to someone about what was offered at Verizon as I was currently on straight talk. I was pressured into buying 3 new phones and a watch. I was at the store over 7 hours and none of the devices worked when I left, 4 days and $300 later and multiple trips back to Verizon store and countless phone calls with customer service none of the devices work, they had my stuff so messed up that its impossible to get service back on my old phone so now im out of pocket on another... read more

I visited this location on Wednesday 29 April 2026 because of an issue that I was experiencing with my IPhone. I was greeted by Kayla and without any wait whatsoever, she IMMEDIATELY got to my concern and resolved it within 5 minutes or less. I will probably be upgrading here in the next 2 months and I will definitely be going in to make my purchase through her.
