We had the most amazing experience! Thanks to Destini and Dancey and their speedy help, knowledge of devices and amazing customer service! We could not appreciate them more. She helped us get four new phones and a new Apple Watch. After being with AT&T for more than 30 years, we were happy to make the switch to Verizon! 10/10 recommend!
Avoid this store at all costs. I had to go to this store a few times to resolve an issue. The first time, the employee who helped me was obviously new but she was incredibly helpful. I had to go back a few days later because the issue popped up again. The second time I came in she was reprimanded by a coworker for trying to advocate for me in resolving my issue. They don't look for a way to sell you and make a buck; they listen, comprehend the point of why you are there, and act with quick, efficient courtesy like Native Texans looking out for Native Texans.
