Super awesome folks helpfull honest and quick,for the most part.our setup was smooth and seamless, unfortunately Verison became unaffordable tho the service was outstanding until we had to leave and while working with verison customer service were told to go back in store where we came in contact with a young woman who was clearly under trained in customer service even i know u dont use the F bomb wether u are dragging them in or helping them out. The Athens store is getting smaller, not enough people working to help. I went in about 11am, at least 6 were waiting. 3 staff
-If you’re thinking about switching to Verizon, DONT- Long story short I switched from AT&T to Verizon in January with the understanding that Verizon would pay off my device with AT&T through a e gift card. (I have a signed receipt confirming this and the amount) here we are in March and I have not received the payoff e gift card and it’s no where notated on my account. Came in today to have my wifes phone transferred to my account from AT&T and we were greeted immediately. Ended up trading in at no cost and switched over in 1 hour not counting transfer of phone info time. Jerry was very friendly and helpful and explained all options thoroughly. Her new phone info was mirrored perfectly. Very good experience overall.
Tmobile is better!!!!
