They don't have any phones to mess around with in store. They show you a box and make you guess if it works for you. They also didn't help to set it up they checked me out and showed me the door.

Best Verizon store I've ever been to! Highly recommend!
Waited for over an hour and a half, skipped over 2 times, manager in the corner arguing with the Verizon representatives, all just because I need to return a trade in for my old device, should take 5 minutes, and STILL waiting in line. Go anywhere else but Herkimer!
