We’ve had to use this Verizon location twice: when picking up phones purchased online and then when dropping off phones for trade in. Service was terrible both times. For example, the lockers for online purchases would not sync up to the online purchase and the staff was not only unable to answer simple questions, they were unwilling to put in any effort to help. Low effort, low competence, and disappointing customer service. I will never use this store again and highly recommend finding somewhere else.
I swear to God. People should take a test when they work in service. Never like the place never will
I went in to upgrade my daughters phone thinking the process would take at least an hour. I was greeted immediately, sat at the table and within minutes, I was out the door with a phone to give my daughter. Easiest and fasted Verizon experience ever. These guys are good!!
Slow, and not very helpful. I sat there for 20 minutes without someone speaking to me.
