Great customer service! Sofia was very helpful and got us everything we needed!
I switched to Verizon about 2 weeks ago and it's taken over 10 phone calls to customer service to get all my devices and porting done. After all those phone calls they messed up the porting on one of my phone numbers and the number became un retrievable. Very very poor experience overall, I really regret switching to Verizon.
