HORRIBLE STORE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY GAVE OUT MY ACCOUNT PIN AND DIDN'T ALLOW ME ACCESS TO KY ACCOUNT THEY CANT THINK ON THEIR OWN AND HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER PERSON TELL THEM WHAT TO DO IN ORDER TO WORK I WILL NEVER IN LIFE DEAL WITH VERIZON AGAIN!!! WORST COMPANY THEY PLAY TO MANY GAMES AND WASTE PEOPLES TIME. PAID FOR SERVICE AND THEY ADDED PHONES TO MY ACCOUNT THAT I NEVER GOT.
