Be ware of promotion/discount. Went in 8months ago to get iPhone 16 max pro for my sons bday. Only to find out now I’ve been charged for two iPhone 16 and additional line. That’s over $800 I’ve paid for a phone and line I never had!!!!, I’m so disappointed I didn’t check my bill a lot sooner my mistake. I’m so disappointed and furious!! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 12+ years , and this is BS I get! I’m Hoping for a full refund soon!
I was having problems with my android 6 months ago, I went in and Paul Gantt straightened every thing out. 2 weeks ago I lost my phone in the ocean. I went to Verizon, saw Paul, bought a new apple iphone, received a free iPad and received an excellent new contract. Paul is knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I will recommend this store and Paul to all my friends. Service was excellent
Uziel is providing Excellent Customer Service here! I wasn't expecting how easy he made the whole process and he explained everything. I needed two new phones and he made it very easy. Went in to set up business lines and one talk. Got put on the phone with a mysterious Karl and Thomas that nobody can seem to get a hold of. I dealt with Kevin who we now also cant get ahold of. They told us we would be good to go when we’re finished. It’s now been 3 weeks. No one talk set up as we can’t get ahold of anyone. Customer service keeps trying to work on it and they now have changed our phone numbers and one talk still doesn’t work.
