Verizon scams I originally went in because I needed my router cord replaced they Did not have the cord they told me they would give me a free upgraded Wi-Fi router without disclosing that my monthly payment would change from $25 to $80 and they absolutely didn’t do nothing about it when I reported to the store manager and the 1800 # yet nothing was done I couldn’t go back to my $25 plan they offered 15 dollars off my next bill like that solves the issue
Off shore csr spoke very little English and had me on phones for three hours to switch one line
Be ware of promotion/discount. Went in 8months ago to get iPhone 16 max pro for my sons bday. Only to find out now I’ve been charged for two iPhone 16 and additional line. That’s over $800 I’ve paid for a phone and line I never had!!!!, I’m so disappointed I didn’t check my bill a lot sooner my mistake. I’m so disappointed and furious!! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 12+ years , and this is BS I get! I’m Hoping for a full refund soon!
