Absolutely awful customer service. Ended up buying a phone online to avoid having to deal with this store again.
Waited for almost 45 minutes with only 4 people ahead of me. 3 more employees walked in during my wait but it was at least 30 minutes before they came out and waited on anyone, then only one of them came out to work. Had called Verizon customer service the day before going over there asking about the deal the had on the Samsung Flip 7, she told me all I would have to do is add a line and the phone would be free and my bill would be between 20 to 30 dollars more a month. Made an appointment online and showed up. Waited for 45 minutes to only be told they couldn’t help me because they had some walk-ins to take care of. Customer Service there is absolutely horrendous.
Dee and the crew helped me big time getting my New Samsung 25+ working when I needed it for work daily... I bought the new Samsung 25+ phone in Michigan & when I left their store they didn't have neither my old S20fe or the new phone working at all & I had to travel over 700 miles without a working phone... Thank you very much Dee & your Crew for All your help...
