Today I changed my cell service from AT&T to Verizon after 27 years. The process literally took all day but I am beyond thankful that I had the sales rep I did. Austin Hammock knows what’s up! He was super informative, extremely professional, and can multitask like a champ!! When patience and waiting isn’t your best quality it definitely helps to have a person like him to help you through the process. He went above and beyond with excellent customer service. I see why he had multiple customers waiting to work with him today.
