Made an appointment online and showed up. Waited for 45 minutes to only be told they couldn’t help me because they had some walk-ins to take care of. Customer Service there is absolutely horrendous.
Dee and the crew helped me big time getting my New Samsung 25+ working when I needed it for work daily... I bought the new Samsung 25+ phone in Michigan & when I left their store they didn't have neither my old S20fe or the new phone working at all & I had to travel over 700 miles without a working phone... Thank you very much Dee & your Crew for All your help...
