Verizon has the worst customer service! My elderly mother was locked out of her account & her phone wasn't working. I called the Florence, Alabama store number listed & was immediately rerouted to the main customer service line for Verizon. After holding for approx 30 min, I was connected to a call center in another country. There was a language barrier & a lack of understanding of the issue by the agent. TERRIBLE customer service
The Verizon store in Florence is a fantastic store to do business. I went with my mom to get her a new iPhone. The guy who waited on us was Austin. He was very patient and very knowledgeable about everything. There was no waiting time. I definitely recommend anyone needing Verizon assistance or buying new phones.
My account is showing a phone line that’s been on my bill for 17 months. With no usage. The Florence store did this about two years ago and I didn’t find out about it until adding a new line for my grandson. They do not tell you in honest ways how they maneuver to get more money from hard working people and took advantage of a senior citizen.
