There was this girl Jamie Wardlow who helped me. I was so discouraged by not have fiber at the new apartment I’m moving into. I was turned down by T-Mobile but decided to come to Verizon and just see. Truly a great experience these guys went above and beyond the call of duty I highly recommend this particular store. Had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Verizon store dealing with Austin. He helped amazingly with getting accounts changed and a new phone setup!
Ashlyn was absolutely amazing. 🤩 Definitely recommend she has the best customer service. Plus is the sweetest and very informative. Also the assistant manager Matt. He was too funny. Both of them had the best personalities. I’ll definitely be back Thanks for swapping my service over and providing me internet.
