1/20/2026 Update Went in today to get a new case for my iPhone SE 3rd gen (yes, I know it is old, but I like it). Juan is the THE GUY! He took time looking on line and in store. He finally found the “last one” in his store. He didn’t chide me for having an old phone and then try to sell me something new. Juan always takes the time and makes the effort to help the client. We left the Muscle Shoals store bc the lady couldn’t help us redeem our virtual rebate card, walked in Florence store and Courtney had us fixed up after 5 min! Always asked to speak to Courtney!
Picked up my cell phone here. Asked if they would help set it up. They charge excessive amount to "help"
