My Google Pixel suddenly went completely white last night, leaving me without a working phone. I went to this corporate Verizon store around 6:30 PM for help filing an insurance claim. Jamie was the employee who "assisted" me. This is also the same store that sold me insurance when I started my plan, yet never mentioned that when I actually needed it, they wouldn’t help me use it.
