We left the Muscle Shoals store bc the lady couldn’t help us redeem our virtual rebate card, walked in Florence store and Courtney had us fixed up after 5 min! Always asked to speak to Courtney!
Picked up my cell phone here. Asked if they would help set it up. They charge excessive amount to "help"
My husband and I needed new phones badly!! When we got to the store we were greeted by Austin H. a friendly and professional sales associate. He made it all so easy we were able to get everything taken care of quickly and also saved some money!! Thanks to Austin and the others at Verizon for making our visit quick and easy!! ☺️
