Poor customer service... Worst store by far.. Very under staffed
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this store, and I want to warn others before doing business here. It’s clear that they prioritize sales over customer care. I switched to this company and traded in two iPhones—both in perfect condition. They promised $1,000 for each device and gave me one month to return the phones. On 3/16/2025 I was helping my Mom transfer/upgrade her phone. We ran into a somewhat unique issue while trying to accomplish at home and needed to go to the local corporate store. This is where we met Lacy Argo. Lacy was very patient and thorough. She made sure all questions were answered and explained processes to ensure my Mom understood. We highly recommend working with Lacy.
