Lisa is the manager of this store and she was the most respectful customer service representative I have ever spoken with. I have a lot of personal family issues going on, and she obviously had no clue And to be blunt, it is not her problem. So as a senior manager for her to take the time to help me and really listen so we could come up with the best resolution. Plus, she saved me money on my future bill. Long story short, she is THE BEST manager I have encountered.
