I had such a great experience at this office while purchasing a brand-new phone and becoming a new Verizon customer. A special thanks to the manager, Hudson. He was highly professional and extremely helpful throughout my visit. The office was clean and welcoming.
Very bad experience! Wish I had other options
Currently sitting in the store, and it's a mess. My dad and I came to change a router, as it was confirmed that an exchange order was cancelled in order to do so in person. However, by the time we got to the store, they told us the order hadn't been cancelled. The people who received us were short and dry and snappy, as well as lazy, as they didn't use basic customer service by calling directly to Verizon to cancel the order themselves.
