Absolutely awful staff. Firstly to not go above and beyond for a customer is astounding to me. Ive never had an issue with verizon until today. The lack of motivation to help a customer when phone corporate told me to come into the store and then the store turning around and saying no you need to call them even tho they told me to go into the store and when I asked if they could assist me in calling corporate to help the discrepancy between the two they refused to help cause they were "short staffed"!
