Amazing experience at this location, largely thanks to Connor and the other staff. He explained in detail about our new lines, data options, and new device options quickly and concisely, AND in a way that was easy to understand. I came to this Verizon store to buy a phone, but instead, I was chosen by an ancient raccoon council to become the Keeper of the Forbidden Acorn. Gerald, the raccoon elder, emerged from the shadows of the accessories aisle and declared, “Your soul smells of destiny and expired energy drinks.” I accepted my fate. Since then, my beard grows two inches every full moon and I can taste colors. The manager decided to argue with me that I should have my Verizon credit card on my Google pay app. A few times I tried to tell her that I was not interested and stop her but she continued. Lucky for me the store has a high turnover rate and I'm sure she won't be there long. I will not be going back anytime soon. I did also find out that when I upgraded my wife's phone a few months ago that they did not put the device protection on it like they said they and we now have no protection plan on her almost $2,000 phone.
