Easily the best Verizon store around. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, funny and easy going. Austin was fantastic to work with. Never tried to be pushy or sell us something we didn't need. Setting up a new phone can be time consuming and I'm sure for some, irritable at times, but not with Austin. The guy knows his stuff and how everything works to make the process as easy as possible. Can't say enough good things about our experience here and the team at this location. 🤘
Molly Brueske is awesome and amazing in the Onalaska WI store. She truly listened to our needs and answered all our questions quickly and confidentially. We will be back because of Molly B. Thank you!
Tyler did a wonderful job helping us make informed decisions about which new IPhone and IPad to purchase to replace our old devices. We would highly recommend this Verizon store and the competent, personable, and professional personnel who work here.
Came in to pick up a phone, the whole transaction took about 2 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional.
