I had no issues with my customer service experience, and I also received a new iPhone. Everything went smoothly.
We upgraded our plan to international and was told it coverages all calls. after making on call only a few minutes long we were charged an extra 500+. spent over 2 hours trying to figure it out in store to be finally told it would be credited back to us since we were misinformed. The store manager, Brandon promised me it would be taking care of and he would get back to me within the week. I have left multiple text message and phone messages with no response.
