Tyler did a wonderful job helping us make informed decisions about which new IPhone and IPad to purchase to replace our old devices. We would highly recommend this Verizon store and the competent, personable, and professional personnel who work here.
Came in to pick up a phone, the whole transaction took about 2 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional.
Brandon was extremely helpful in getting us in when the Winona location didn't have what we needed. Robyn in the Winona location was also knowledgeable & friendly and was able to get in contact with Brandon. Between the two locations, our experience was great. Great team work!
The staff were very nice and when I purchased a watch from them they stayed with me until it was resolved.
I have consistently had poor experiences with the Verizon store in Onalaska, and this latest one was by far the worst. I upgraded to an iPhone 17 because I was told I qualified to do so at no additional cost. Before I agreed, I specifically asked the salesperson to confirm that there would be no extra charges added to my bill, and he assured me there wouldn't be.
