I just got a new 26 Samsung Galaxy. Alot of stuff did not transfer over...I was completely lost without my AOL account..I know...its an old school account...but everyone and everything was on AOL. Made an appointment thru Verizon. Greeted by Nicki ....and in no time she had my AOL back! Thank you again ....you're an asset to Verizon.
