I am a Verizon returning customer.. not only did I received a larger bill .. I signed back up using the iPhone deal in January. . I was told my bill would be the same or lower..But I was told I could not remove the hot spots during the first bill bc it would mess it up. I went to the store to have them do it the following month as I was instructed by them. They said they did it. They did not credit me. They said i had to call Verizon to fight for that. My recent visit at the North Myrtle Beach Verizon store . I received great customer service from Breana . She was awesome helping me with upgrading my service. Go see her if need great customer service with your Verizon account or starting new service down to earth Verizon representative. Thank you!
I was with someone else who had business at this store.
My husband and I just purchased new phones from Verizon in North Myrtle. We were greeted immediately by Josh. He listened to our needs, asked us about our wants then went to work on a purchase plan we were most pleased with. He took time to get to know us on a personal level while setting up our new phones. Josh made the experience very positive. He is a true asset for the Verizon Company.
Verizon as a company has became a joke, but this store is on lazy employee syndrome..
