Great customer service.
Great customer service went in to add a line and was taken care of by Breana took less than 10 minutes and that's even having to call customer service and speak to representative. Breana was fast and very courteous and would recommend this store to anyone.
My husband and I recently switched our phone plan to Verizon, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We worked with Michelle, who seemed unsure about the plans and pricing. I specifically asked not to add the personal hotspot feature because I knew it typically costs extra. Michelle assured me there would be no additional charge, but we later discovered it added $15 per month to our bill.
