Mario from Verizon is very helpful, very patiently and efficiently assisting me with my billing questions. He is above and beyond.
No wait time for me. Chris greeted as quick as I came in the store, and helped me change my service back to Verizon. He explained all my options and gave his recommendation (which I agreed with), and walked me through the process as seamlessly as possible. Very happy with the service I got.
I went to turn in a 'Gateway Box'. The reception was very disturbing by the receptionist. After ten minutes she told me to go to UPS in uncanny fashion.
Ups warned us to keep the receipt when we return the Internet equipment in case they overcharge fees. Thank God we did it but they still overcharge and the store manager was being rude. Also Verizon charge you from the beginning of a month even when you start from the middle of the month
