CHRISTIAN is The MVP of the store. He’s smart, professional and a creative problem solver! We had problems with our old phones, after being bounced around by multiple technical support from the Philippines (please Verizon, stop using overseas incapable and rude representatives), Christian was able to solve the problem for us. We truly appreciate his perseverance. Christian, if you are reading, you are one of the smartest young talents we’ve encountered, don’t sell yourself short, go reach your highest potential!
Verizon has terrible customer service. The employees have no control over people's account and require them to call someone else from Verizon to due the job they are there for. The way they run their service is terrible.
Went in and waited an hour for a SIM card replacement. They helped 5 people before me who all wanted to purchase phones. They do not appreciate customers unless they are buying a phone.
