I want to give a shout-out to Yvonne for her outstanding customer service today. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism and genuine care. She took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. In addition, she even fixed the problem due to my mistake, which took almost another hour. I will definitely recommend working with Yvonne for any Verizon needs.
Tried to return a phone at the store. Got bored looks and very little help. At one point the sales associate insulted me saying I have no common sense. Just rude people.
Avoid Chris at all cost. I have to wait for 15min even though I got an appointment. Then I got Chris. Chris just tell me he can't help me and did not try AT ALL to maybe do something or clear the situation for me. I have to ask him particularly to look at the notes on my account for him to do that which I feel like should be the first thing you do to start with. Rude, rushed and arrogant. Really bad experience.
