Very unhelpful. After calling the customer service number while at the store and sitting in the store on the phone with customer service I accomplished what the store personnel said could not be done.

This is the pre-service review. Lotta employees “standing” around, per usual! Nailing the employee manual, I’m sure. I’m also gonna use my charging capacity on the amount of time I’ve been waiting.
