I can’t thank Salvador enough! After spending 3 hours on the phone with no resolution, I went into the store annoyed. My second business line still wasn’t working, even though the system said it was on. Salvador went above and beyond—he personally called support and made sure my phone was restored. Excellent service and true professionalism!
I came early on a Tuesday morning after ordering two phones. I was told that one of the phones was a curbside pickup. I came in a bit early and put my name on the list. There were two people ahead of me. I went next door to Floats (yum) to get something to drink. When I came back, the store seemed to be busy, and the employees spent some time helping other customers and ignoring me sitting on the bench.
