Did not help a hacked Verizon customer stranded in their state. They decided to hack and call the police instead
Horrendous customer service. The employees were too busy conversing with themselves and would not help customers that were already in line. I tried to get a transfer pin for a lost phone. The first customer representative locked my account for 24 hours. After multiple visits over 3 days; I received a code that did not successfully transfer the number as it was still locked by the carrier. Horrible help from George at the Pasadena. Verizon store. My phone stopped working and George said I needed a new phone. I agreed to purchase a new phone and told him I DID NOT want to change my current plan, just transfer all my all items onto my new phone. AGAINST My wishes he set up a NEW plan which I DID NOT want and was more expensive than my current plan. I call Verizon directly when I receive the new payment and explained the issue to Dawn.
