Came in at 4 and was told to leave because it was too busy and they don’t have time to replace my phone. They honestly just didn’t want to work. Go to the Verizon on 2657 Broadway, ask for David. Very kind man, he replaced my phone in 15 minutes with the new iPhone 16 pro max. He was equally confused why I was turned away yesterday, saying this only takes a few minutes to set up.
They know little to nothing about their jobs.

Rude. They were not busy and not helpful.
There is no reason for this store to exist. You can buy all the products online and set them up at home without dealing with the useless employees who claim they are unable to do anything. After attempting to cancel my phone online, via chat, and phone I have been REPEATEDLY told to go in store. These employees are useless. I'm curious, what actually happens in-store?
