This listing should more clearly indicate “Verizon Cell Phone ONLY, NOT FIOS” - I travelled to this store to get a replacement for my VERIZON Fios TV remote control, and the customer service rep said “oh, sorry, we don’t do Fios here.” Wait, what? It’s a Verizon product, no? What a weird way to do business, separating different product lines to different retail locations. Oh well, I have to make another trip.
Not sure what the bad reviews are all about. Switching my whole family to Verizon because Nick & Angel made it so easy.
Horrible customer service at this Upper West Side store. I stopped by to discuss my Verizon bill. The staff standing at the front of the store says we can’t do that. He was so dismissive that I had to call the Verizon store near where I live in The Bronx to check if that is indeed the case. The gentleman who answered gladly stated “stop on by tomorrow. I’ll take care of you.” Waste of time going out of my way to visit this UWS store!
Went to the store today at aprx 7pm. On 7.23.25. to get a new sim card on my family plan. Don't remember the name of people in the store but onemore then happy to come back and pin who did what. One guy was helping me out but said that he cannot authentacatw me to my account. I was in a bind and asked for more options we can use to be able to get a simple card replaced.
