Manager was very helpful but Verizon coverage in our building is still very spotty for unknown reasons. 🥴
Went in for a simple transaction, to get a physical sim, their wifi was down so was the pos system. Male rep was nice & helpful but not the female one sitting next to him. Directed me to another corporate store on Broadway & 101st St, which is not a corporate store, charges $35 for a physical sim

Could not have had a better experience with this store, specifically Symeon the store manager. Great experience great advice multiple discounts. All around 5 customer service. Must use this Verizon location. Thanks Symeon !
