The supervisor who is employed there on Saturdays is a RACIST, he would will only assist Caucasian people. He was rude and disrespectful to myself and my husband when we went into Verizon. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
They are terrible they recommended me to do a poor decision switching me from accounts messing up my promotions the manager Didn’t know nothing of what he was talking about and I highly suggest y’all don’t go there or face the problems I am dealing with. Went to a different branch they told me something different and was able to help the Associates working there are Not skilled at all!
One good turn deserves another. At this location, Nelson Feliciano solved an iphone transfer issue. He was patient, direct, warm, and understanding—all of which speaks highly of him and Verizon’s customer service. Would that more people who work for the company were like him.
Recently was here last week after my phone got run over. I couldn’t be more thankful to Nelson and Angel who spent a majority of the second half of the day with me trying to help me out and offer me solutions. This is where you need to go rather than authorized retailers as they will always try to scam you. These guys are honest. Thank you for your help.
Terrible service i was gonna switch to verizon and changed my mind after being treated poorly at this location
