If I could give zero stars I would. These people are super dismissive and really unhelpful. I spent about an hour in the store trying to resolve an issue with a trade in and they seemed like they could not be less bothered that I needed help. Do better. Very unpleasant experience.
Hard to believe they are in the service business. The attitude, yes ATTITUDE, is that you the customer are intruding on their time. They seem to be going out of their way to be unhelpful and condescending.
Our family had a fantastic experience with the Verizon team at the store on Broadway and 80th. Big thanks to Aura, Edwin, Justin and Matthew who collectively spent a great deal of time unraveling and reorganizing our phones and plans. We can post this review because of their help in getting us all sorted! Thank you!
WORST customer service ever. Apparently the online promotions are not honored in store and the manager Jesus will literally scream at you over and over while the security guard shouts at him to stop talking. Very uncomfortable, unprofessional experience. We took our business to another Verizon store a few blocks away.
