Recently was here last week after my phone got run over. I couldn’t be more thankful to Nelson and Angel who spent a majority of the second half of the day with me trying to help me out and offer me solutions. This is where you need to go rather than authorized retailers as they will always try to scam you. These guys are honest. Thank you for your help.

Nicholas really went above and beyond to look up the packages/deals and managed to figure out the best options for what I need/use. He finagled a GREAT package - actually upgraded my current service (which was outdated), and got me essentially the same price. He also figured out how to get me an incredible deal on a iphone upgrade. I got such a good deal! Thank you to the Verizon staff for working their magic.
