Lindsay did a great job explaining our new phones! Working with 2 "old schools" has to be difficult, but she was patient and explained everything perfectly!
If I could give zero stars I would. I've been a Verizon customer for 10+ years and if I had to only go to that store I would switch carriers. The sales men/women are slow as molasses, no urgency or personality. Drove 20 mins to pick up a watch they had in stock, yet they did not in fact have the correct watch in stock. My account was apparently locked from another store and they "couldn't do anything" yet I called the store and had my account unlocked in 2 mins. Piss poor communication and even worse service!!!
