I came into this store today seeking help with a Verizon phone that was shipped to me damaged. I had spoken with Verizon that morning and they told me I could easily get a free replacement at the store in person if I visited a corporate store (they left notes on my account stating so). I had used this store previously and felt confident it was a corporate store because service had been so good. However, this time was different.
