I was greeted well by a very nice young man who did what he could to help my situation. And offered extra help beyond… unfortunately l did not get his name…if he reads this he knows who he is… just wanted to thank you but the plan was extended that was why l did not return. It’s unfortunate that Verizon does not have senior discounts to help keep those who have been their customers for a while and would like to stay on but cannot afford to.
If I could I wouldn't give it any stars. There are no cellular devices in store, don't bother coming here if your phone is damaged or broken. Had to have a phone replaced, clearly typed in the address to send it to and they ended up sending it to an address I haven't lived at in over 7 years, took over a week to get the replacement phone. Now, once again back here again in hopes there is something to do over the replacement phone being damaged. Polite service after I checked in you have to show your NC Driver's license to allow Verification and the service was just great, especially Brian at the Verizon Center in High Point, NC
