I came in looking for a new phone and honestly had a pretty good experience overall. The staff was friendly and didn’t make me feel pressured into buying something more expensive than what I needed. They actually took a little time to explain the differences between a couple phones I was looking at and answered my questions without rushing me. The store was clean and everything seemed organized too. The whole process went smoother than I expected. Ended up leaving with a phone that fit my budget and I'm happy with it so far.... read more

I purchased a phone online and chose to pick it up at this location. When I arrived I checked in and within a couple minutes a gentleman was bringing my new phone out. It was quick and easy. I returned it couple days later to turn in my old phone for credit towards my new phone. This time I didn't even leave to check in. A knowledgeable and friendly associate greeted me, asked me what he could help me with. I said I had a trade in and within a few minutes he had processed my old phone and I was out the door.
