Nice and helpful, most of the time. It gets very busy at times.
I had the best experience today at this specific Verizon location and it was all with the help of Katie! She was exceptionally knowledgeable as well as very courteous during my visit today. All staff were very welcoming and friendly but my direct interaction was with her and she was awesome! Definitely recommend this store and if for some reason you don't get her, again, the entire staff was great!
